Pros:

Conrad GZ location is very strategic and convenient. Located next to IGC mall, it enables clients to dine and shop, walk around after a tired day n late check in.
Also, hotel is so strategic that it is a short walk to GZ museum! And in front of hotel, we can stroll along the small stream enbankment to view the beautiful Canton Tower.
In the hotel, the room is exceptional, spacious and nice, especially the bathroom layout. At higher floor, my wife and I enjoyed very much the GZ city view and Canton Tower bu day and night.
In butler service, Conrad is very good as I experienced in Conrad Singapore. My wife and I were treated with a complimentary anniversary cake celebration.
It makes our stay most happy and memorable. Thank you!

Cons:

If only jacuzzi pool can be co located inside with the swimming pool, it will be most pleasant.

我第一次入住时，前台问我要不要加钱upgrade 到广州塔景房，两晚约RMB700, 我要了，安排在22楼，刚入房地面是湿的，我以为刚搞完卫生，后来地面水越来越多，原来是天花板冷气槽漏水，最后他们换了26楼，这次就没有问题了，一切都可以👌
