Very disappointing customer service. We arrived early and were informed that we couldn’t check in until 3pm, or pay for an extra day. Even though we could have check-in in 3 hours, they insisted on making us pay for a FULL DAY, then charged for three breakfasts. Really poor service.

Pros:

It was very good location,
Quiet place, so many good restaurants and big malls around the hotel.
Nice view and live bar. Big enough indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
You need me make sure that your room is smoking room or non-smoking room.
Upper floor is better than lower floors and I was 27th floor executive room, it was very convenient to access to the lounge but 2nd floor breakfast buffet was more variety of food.
The staffs can speak English and kind.
Hans at the reception was very helpful and nice!
