Humble homestay close to airport
Pros:

Martin was very welcoming and his communication was constant. A genuinely friendly and helpful man who does his best to look after you.

He had a tea and cake ready for us even though we were held back at the airport waiting for bags.

Got himself up at 4am to make us breakfast to take with us to the airport.

Cons:

The bed is slightly small but comfortable.

In the flight path, so slightly noisy but easily manageable.

The space was large and private, and it offered everything that we needed. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the park. The property felt safe and our ride to the airport took only 15 minutes!

Martin keeps the property very clean and neat. He is super attentive to any and everything you may need. My breakfast omelet was delicious, and was served at the time I requested and presented lovely.

The B&B is very easy to find and is surrounded by lots of good restaurants and casinos! Nice little park directly across from it and my boyfriend and I enjoyed walking around the community in the evening as it was peaceful.

Cons:

Only draw back is that it’s close to the airport so you’re constantly hearing loud planes fly over mostly during the day. Quieter at night which was good for sleep.

Appartamento semplice ma pulitissimo e funzionale in tutto. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolto con tè caldo e dolcetti e ci ha poi aiutato in tutte le nostre necessità, tra cui un parcheggio sicuro per l'auto (che avevamo dimenticato di chiedergli prima). Pros:

We loved our two-night stay! The place was spotless, breakfast was tasty, and the service made us feel right at home. The owner was always around to check if we needed anything, which made us feel safe and very welcome. Definitely recommend this place!

Sehr freundlicher und gastfreundlicher Gastgeber, der allzeit bereit war um zu helfen. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis konnten wir unser Gepäck vor einer 5 tägigen Iquitosreise bereits bei ihm abgeben. Als wir ankamen hatte Martin bereits Kuchen, Tee und Wasser vorbereitet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Er ist sogar um 4 in der früh aufgestanden, um uns Frühstück vorzubereiten und mitzugeben. Die Lage war ebenfalls ruhig und bequeme Betten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Pros:

Martin is very friendly and helpful and bends over backwards to add personal touches to his humble b&b. He personally walked us the two blocks to where there are restaurants and an ATM. He had tea and cake for us and sat with us and chatted. He likes to improve his English. He arranged a taxi for us from the airport -- so nice to just find your name on a signboard rather than negotiate on our own without any Spanish knowledge. The price was great. It was just what we needed. It's on a quiet street next to a nice park. The bed is small but fine for one night.

Cons:

There is no wifi -- I should have noticed that when I booked so I could have been prepared with international roaming.
