Even if we arrived late in the evening Martin was very welcoming.
Pros:

Accommodation on the way to airport
Pros:

I booked this accommodation based on the ratings over 9. To be honest that is overrated. Martin is friendly and chatty but the accommodation (upstairs of his private house) is basic with limited facilities, no wifi was offered, no TV (not so important). Pillows and duvet could be better. Room was ok. There is nothing in the area. We found restaurants about 10-15 min walk away.

Cons:

Shower screen in the bathroom was dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Pros:

到着時のお茶とスイーツ、朝4時出発に合わせて作りたてのサンドイッチを持たせてくれました。2回に分けて宿泊しましたが、おもてなしが素晴らしかったです。2回目の朝食も美味しく、我が家にいる感じでした。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が低い設定なので、熱いシャワーが浴びたい方はオーナーに頼むとスイッチを切り替えてくれます。

Great stay, great value.
Pros:

The neighborhood was pretty safe and calm. The host was friendly, and the overall quality compared to its price. Near to the parque de las leyendas.

Cons:

Weak water when taking shower.

Pros:

如果要转机，这家民宿离机场15分钟车程，真的非常适合。老板人超级好，出发前我提了需求，他都能一一满足，包括收费机场接送，我试过凌晨2点和4点送机，准时安全，最大亮点在于打包的美味加厚三明治，解决了早餐一大难题。民宿内部中规中矩，不算惊艳，但很干净，地处圣米格尔区，相对安全。总之，性价比算很高。

Nice cosy little Guesthouse near the Airport
Pros:

It was very close to airport - 20 mins by taxi. Martin, the host, was very friendly and a very tasty fresh breakfast was served. It is a Guest house where owners live in the ground floor and rooms in the first floor is rented out.

Cons:

It was quite far from the city and attractions.

Pros:

Martín fue muy amable... En el vuelo de Colombia solo nos dio papitas, y yo tenía algo de hambre. Martín me dio un muffin y agua al llegar, justo lo que necesitaba.

El desayuno estuvo muy rico.

Cons:

Los aviones pasan muy cerca de la casa y hacen mucho ruido (pero la ubicación para llegar al aeropuerto es excelente).

Humble homestay close to airport
Pros:

Martin was very welcoming and his communication was constant. A genuinely friendly and helpful man who does his best to look after you.

He had a tea and cake ready for us even though we were held back at the airport waiting for bags.

Got himself up at 4am to make us breakfast to take with us to the airport.

Cons:

The bed is slightly small but comfortable.

In the flight path, so slightly noisy but easily manageable.

The space was large and private, and it offered everything that we needed. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the park. The property felt safe and our ride to the airport took only 15 minutes!

Martin keeps the property very clean and neat. He is super attentive to any and everything you may need. My breakfast omelet was delicious, and was served at the time I requested and presented lovely.

The B&B is very easy to find and is surrounded by lots of good restaurants and casinos! Nice little park directly across from it and my boyfriend and I enjoyed walking around the community in the evening as it was peaceful.

Cons:

Only draw back is that it’s close to the airport so you’re constantly hearing loud planes fly over mostly during the day. Quieter at night which was good for sleep.
