Lo único puede ser la ubicación
Todos los días que estuve ahí no hubo un solo día que no tuve problemas, no había mensaje completo sabiendo que iba con mis dos menores hijos, faltaron toallas, un día si no llamó mis hijos y nosotros nos quedamos sin desayuno, pésimo no vuelvo a ir nunca más a ese hotel.

We stayed here with a baby and had several disappointing issues. We repeatedly told the hotel that we always need breakfast at 7:00 a.m., but it was consistently late and they didn’t listen. We had to remind the staff all the time.
Breakfast was fine on the first day, but after that the quality dropped: the juice tasted diluted (as if water had been added) and we even found hair on the bread, which is unacceptable.
On our first day, the air conditioning in the room was not working. We informed the staff, but they kept insisting it was “working” when it clearly wasn’t. Then, in the evening—exactly when our baby was about to sleep—staff simply entered our room without our permission to check it. What a great surprise 😏. Only the next day did they finally let us change rooms. I appreciate that a solution eventually happened, but entering a guest room without consent is completely inappropriate.
In addition, the cleaning guy (Fernando) was often impolite in the elevator. We had a baby and a stroller, and when the elevator was already full, he still tried to squeeze in — but of course we didn’t let him. Guests should have priority, and constantly occupying the elevator like this is not polite or professional.
Overall, there was no consistency in service and no clear, reliable hotel management.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is really good, very close to a lot of interesting places to visit. The room was big and comfortable.
The lights in the room were somewhat dim and the elevator was small.
La limpieza, amabilidad y voluntad del personal, ubicación, desayuno y comodidad. Todo muy lindo, moderno y cómodo. Excelente. Volvería sí o sí.
Hay que pagar en dólares si reservaste por la APP. Si pagas en la moneda local la transformación es un valor un poco más elevado y en ninguna parte me avisaron eso, sino obvio llevo dólares. (Diferencia de aprox 10USD) Por lo demás, todo excelente.
La amabilidad de todo el personal, el desayuno excelente, rico y abundante, si faltaba algo lo pedías y lo traían.
Todo excelente, me encantó el lugar, cercano al centro. Limpio, ambiente amplio, camas cómodas!!! Volveré!!!

Pero nos dejaban 2 compotas o 2 huevos pero lo pasamos por alto, en general nos sentimos cómodos seguros y lo mejor excelente ubicación.

La coordinación de la TV como al tercer día nos dimos cuenta que no funcionaba pero era un problema de enchufes y fue solucionado.
Nos sentimos muy cómodos personal muy atentos.
