Booking.com advised i was to be upgraded for free so when I was assigned the big room on the top floor i thought that this was it. Turns out that, according to the staff, this was in fact their worst room! Do not accept room 801
The breakfast kitchen is right next door and they start prep at 0600.
The fridge was extremely noisy as well as the elevator machinery.
The shower was terrible and once you put your breakfast order in on checking in that's it no chance of changing it! Even after suggesting that some guests May like a change every other day, this seemed too difficult and even then what i did order was super inconsistent. One day I would get the ham and cheese some days not. Some days they delivered the coffee and some days not.
After three sleepless nights, of a 6 night stay, i asked if another room was available to which the answer was no. So I planned to move hotels, however on my return later in the day they had managed to find a spare room which was actually what I booked.
A real example of you get what you pay for, even though I checked reviews before booking.
Will not stay here again.

Se nos extraviaron unos audifonos, eso no nos parecio
Fijne locatie in Miraflores. Alles was op loopafstand. Prima badkamer en lekker bed. Ontbijt was simpel maar wel van alles wat en werd op tijd geserveerd op de kamer.
De man die in de ochtend achter de balie zat was niet erg vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Bij alles wat we vroegen of als we de sleutel moesten afgeven werd dit met een zucht gedaan. Maakte het verblijf wel minder.
Je moet je eigen servies afwassen van het ontbijt maar er waren geen spullen voor in de kamer en het werd ook niet genoemd. Wij kwamen erachter omdat servies werd opgehaald maar niet teruggebracht.
El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de todo.
La habítación no estaba limpia, ni la limpiaron durante nuestra estancia (y eso que les aviasmos), pelusa en el suelo y mucho polvo (ventanas, mobiliario, etc).

Fue necesario pedir en forma reiterada, tercera toalla de baño, retirar basura debajo de lavaplatos, faltaba lavalozas, toalla Nova.

1. The mattress is extremely hard.
2. The bathroom drawers were filled with human hair.
3. The bedroom drawers and lamps were dusty.
4. Whoever cleans the room doesn’t do a good job. They only cover the bed.
5. The air conditioning unit is placed in front of the bed, making it difficult to sleep due to the air and noise.
6. They consistently miss important tasks, such as picking up towels, taking out the garbage, and cleaning the toilet.
Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the living conditions.

El chico que estaba a las 13 no sé enteraba de nada. No supo explicarnos el desayuno (menos mal que le pregunté yo por él y me dió una hoja pero en ningún momento dijo que lo subirían a la habitación) y nos dio la habitación porque le comentamos lo que nos habían dicho, porque su respuesta al llegar fue, venid más tarde (sin mirar si estaba la habitación hecha o no)
Habíamos hecho el check in online por lo que decidió no recoger el pasaporte, pero nos lo pidieron en el check out (yendo con el tiempo justo)
El desayuno lo llevan, pero si eliges una franja horaria (ejemplo: 7-7:30h) te lo llevarán al limite (7:29h)
