地點很棒，餐廳、超市、換錢、藥局 都走一下就到，櫃檯人員也算和善，雖然因為語言不同 溝通上有點問題，但也都解決了，早餐的部分真的很棒！

All front desk staff were kind and nice. A perfect stay for kids.

The continental breakfast was amazing; a perfect combination of a traditional Peruvian homemade breakfast.

Cons:

Everything could've been perfect if the room could've been more cleaner in general, it needed a boost cleaning hand. There were little tiny bugs on the closet that concerned me in spreading out my clothes, and also on the bed, especially the pillows. Although the sheets were clean, I had to get to the nearest Oxxo and buy cleaning wipes and disinfectant which it didn't bother me too much. Also, dishsoap because the same bugs were all over the kitchenette, so definitely had to implement the usual household cleaning aside from room service; however other than that all was perfect, the staff amazing and kind. A perfect stay with kids!

Ascensor no funcionaba el día de llegada, personal de ayudantes o limpieza muy oscos con el trato, a excepción de los recesionistas, apartamento con paredes sucias, toallas rotas, almohadas y colchón duros, partes metálicas de la ducha con oxido, cables de conexión de la nevera pelados, ganchos de colgar ropa de diversos tipos, sillones y sillas sucias.

Estaba todo bien. Quizás lo único que éramos 5 y habia una cama donde el salón y cocina. Mejor ser 4 y dormir en las dos camas dobles de la habitación

Excelente experiência; Sr Ildemar sempre muito solicito, nos faz sentir acolhidos e com vontade de voltar :)
Pros:

Localização boa, com espaço amplo (apartamento com 2 quartos), camas limpas e confortáveis e chuveiro excelente. Oferecem cadeira de massagem aos hóspedes e bikes, ambos gratuitas. Funcionários cordiais, especialmente o Sr Ildemar (recepção), muito solícito e prestativo com qualquer necessidade, atendendo sempre com alegria e um sorriso no rosto, sem dúvida, um EXCELENTE colaborador :)

Cons:

A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, talvez seja o costume local diferente do Brasil, mas se nota sujeira pelos cantos ou atrás das portas com poeira, além do sanitário que ficou com a marca de água de um dia pro outro (não tem escova), ou mesmo o box manchado. Se for ficar mais de duas noites, o café da manhã que é servido no quarto se torna repetitivo, embora bem servido.
