Pros:

La ubicación es buena, pero eso es lo único.

Cons:

EL HOTEL NO ES COMO EN LAS FOTOS, cuando llegas notas que es pésimo. El precio es muy alto para ser tan mal hotel. El personal es muy desagradable, nada acomedidos. Pedí mi devolución porque no era como en las fotos y tardaron una hora en devolverme y eso que mi pago fue por yape. Las habitaciones son sucias. Entran y salen personas, es UN HOTEL DE PASO. No tiene ninguna comodidad.

Lovely Miraflores hotel
Pros:

Great location. Lovely room, plus a great atrium. Super-nice staff, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Varying English skills, but wasn't any problem.

Cons:

Front, street-facing rooms are noisy during the day (much quieter at night). Room has a "kitchen" area, but it wasn't really usable -- kettle missing adapter, no way to cook, only one plate (but a couple glasses).

Für einen kurzen Stadtaufemthalt ganz ok, aber darauf achten, dass man kein Zimmer zur Straße hin bucht!!!
Pros:

Das Apartment war schön groß. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz ok, allerdings gibt es nut zwei Liegen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging zur stark befahrenen Straße raus, so dass es sehr laut war. Es lief ja unter Ferienwohnung, was etwas übertrieben war. Es gab einem Wasserkocher und für und zwei Leite eine Tasse ind je einen Teller. Auch auf Nachfrage erhielten wir keine zweite Tasse🤷‍♂️

I had a very disappointing experience. The first room (201) had serious issues: very poor soundproofing, a hole in the wall (apparently for ventilation) that let in even more noise, and a strong unpleasant smell.

When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist was not empathetic at all. I did not receive any apology and was made to feel as if the problem was my fault. I was initially told that changing rooms would not help because nothing could be done about the smell.

I was traveling with two minors and clearly stated that I could not stay in a room that smelled like marijuana. Eventually, another room was offered, but it was smaller and had fewer beds than the room originally booked. No refund or compensation was offered, and I was told no money would be returned.

Although the second room was acceptable, the overall experience was ruined by the noise, smell, lack of customer service.
