I had a very disappointing experience. The first room (201) had serious issues: very poor soundproofing, a hole in the wall (apparently for ventilation) that let in even more noise, and a strong unpleasant smell.

When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist was not empathetic at all. I did not receive any apology and was made to feel as if the problem was my fault. I was initially told that changing rooms would not help because nothing could be done about the smell.

I was traveling with two minors and clearly stated that I could not stay in a room that smelled like marijuana. Eventually, another room was offered, but it was smaller and had fewer beds than the room originally booked. No refund or compensation was offered, and I was told no money would be returned.

Although the second room was acceptable, the overall experience was ruined by the noise, smell, lack of customer service.

Pros:

Localização perfeita para flamenguistas em Miraflores. Roupa de cama e banho boas e quarto muito limpo.

Cons:

O café da manhã é praticamente inexistente, não tem buffet nem cardápio, tem uma funcionária que prepara coisas bem simples caso você venha a pedir.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The hotel apartment was clean and comfortable.

The room was a bit dark and the breakfast room was by the pool which was nice. However it was quite cold.
