Quiet peaceful, friendly staff.
Pros:

The property met expectation, was clean, comfortable and staff was lovely. And most important was quiet and therefore we could rest at night.

Cons:

The shower had a slow drain, that could not be fixed. The breakfast was ok.

Meine Sonnenbrille wurde gestohlen, ich habe sie nur 5 Minuten auf der neben Toilette der Lobby liegen lassen. Das Personal war nicht hilfreich und die versprochenen Kamaraaufnahmen habe ich heute noch nicht.

Cons:

Tuvieron problemas con el wifi durante el fin de semana que estuve allá. Comunicaron que el problema era externo pero deberían de tener alternativas cuando sucedan esas cosas. Hay muchos turistas que van y tienen que estudiar/trabajar y cuentan con el internet ya que es esencial. Todooo lo demás excelente!!

Hotel impecable, le falta perfeccionar el servicio
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, todo está impecable y muy bien ubicado. Además, hay un menú muy rico para comer.

Cons:

El personal muy amable, pero no resuelve. Hubo un día que se no salía agua caliente y no fueron proactivos en dar aviso; la tarjeta de la puerta cada día la tuvimos que actualizar, en el desayuno más de una vez no llegó lo solicitado, etc.

Excelente opción de hospedaje
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones muy cómodas, también la cama y las almohadas, que tenga plancha, blower, nevera y microondas es un must.. el personal muy atento, respetuoso y amistoso. El desayuno muy rico, buena variedad de frutas y panes. Las áreas verdes son bellísimas. Tanto el restaurante como el bar sirven comidas muy sabrosas.
La ubicación es excelente, esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando al parque del poblado por una calle segura y bastante transitada, lo suficientemente cerca de las áreas de ocio del poblado, pero no en medio del bullicio, lo que lo hace perfecto para dormir y descansar. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Typical airport hotel, comfortable and clean. Gorge the concierge was particularly helpful and friendly, most of the staff were good but one of the receptionist was not!

A very disappointing stay

The hotel staff member was splendid, very kind.

Cons:

The V Grand Hotel in Medellín was a very disappointing experience. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations for the price.

The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable (2–5 Mbps at best, even after trying multiple networks), and the cellular signal inside the hotel is extremely poor. The room showed clear signs of wear: a damaged sink, old towels, and an uncomfortable bed. The minibar had no pricing, and the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective.

The bathroom setup is poorly designed—no proper shower, just a handheld extension, and no full partition, so the entire bathroom gets wet when used.

Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it. For the same price, you can easily find much better, more comfortable, and better-located options in Medellín. A very disappointing stay.
