El personal demasiado profesional muy amables, la habitación amplia y cómoda, vistas espectaculares, cama muy deliciosa y amplia

De pronto mejorar el acceso directo al parqueadero ya que hay que ir a lobby y pedir que te coloquen la tarjeta en el ascensor para poder bajar al sótano

A very nice stay and everything you would want with Radisson.
Pros:

Clean comfortable spacious room. Great location and access by car or walking. Large breakfast buffet and attentive service.

Cons:

For the price and the quality of the hotel, there was nothing not to like.

Wir kommen wieder!

Das Personal ist sehr, sehr zuvorkommend, sympathisch und nett
Das Frühstück ist super, es fehlt an nichts
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt
Die Betten sehr bequem

Cons:

Das man bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse für einen Cappuccino zum Frühstück extra bezahlen muss, finde ich etwas komisch. Das ist aber wirklich der einzige (kleine) Kritikpunkt.

Great value and location for travelers
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and helpful. I speak very little Spanish but in most cases I found someone who could speak enough English to help. Room was excellent...clean, nicely appointed and everything worked great. Housekeeping was efficient and quick.

Cons:

The entrance area to the hotel could get crowded every now and then making it difficult for Uber drivers (who are always in a hurry) to make a clean passenger pickup. Also, the free breakfast food was fine, but certainly not as good as I expected. Some of it was cold and the selection was moderate but not great.

V Grand in Medellin must stand for bare minimum
Pros:

Location: Okay. It's on a quiet street which is cool, a few minutes from the main things in El Poblado, but does not give walk alone later in the day and not really walkable in my opinion. Other hotels are more centrally located for walking as a tourist/visitor in the El Poblado area. The only thing going for this hotel is the views from some of the top floor rooms, the rooms are large & spacious, but after my experience here, it is not worth it. It's the same view you'll see in throughout most places in Medellin

Cons:

Room/Cleaning/Service: I stayed on the 11th floor.. After the 2nd day there my room was not cleaned at all. I returned to my room around 5:30pm & also the two bottles of water that was promised everyday was not there. So I went down stairs to inquire about this b/c maybe I was confused. I know some hotels do every other day or upon request. Receptionist stated that absolutely they do room service every day and said they would bring two bottles of water up. I ran into this problem TWICE IN A FIVE DAY stay including no bottled water. Cleaning person came again the 4th day at 5:30pm. I had just gotten out the shower so I refused service. This is unacceptable. I've stayed at many hotels throughout the years, but never has room cleaning been this late. If this hotel is short on cleaning staff, they need to hire more. Shower water was only really hot in the evening. A TV guide of some sort would be helpful. Rooms were not the most soundproof I could hear people sometimes talking.
Food: Buffet breakfast was unremarkable and there hardly seems to be enough seating during the busiest of hours (8-9am) and the hot food was not replaced to accommodate people arriving later. I also had dinner here once & since it was my first night after traveling 8+ hours, I opted to get a burger with fries for something quick. I was asked how I wanted my burger and I said well done. When my food was brought I cut the burger open & it wasn't even medium well it was still really red/pink so I sent it back. They remade it, this time cooked mostly right, but they brought me the same cold fries from the first plate. This is not okay and I didnt even want it at that point so disappointing. Just choose another hotel.

Un buen lugar para ver Medellin,
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, aunque cuanto se terminaba todo a las 9.30 se tardaba bastante en reponer la comida y aun quedaba una hora de desayuno, aunque se podria implementar un poco mas de variedad.
Teniamos la suite, y por cortesia ponian un cepillo de dientes solo cuando somos dos, Es mejor que no pongan nada o pongan dos,eso queda feo...al ser dos.La ubicacion es buena y el personal que nos atendio es muy amable y servicial, tanto Valentinca, como Juan Esteban geniales.

Cons:

Pusieron un cepillo y somos dos, parece una tonteria pero no lo es,luego ese cepillo te lo cobraban muy caro pero el otro era gratuito de madera .Mejor no poner nada ya que hay dos personas,

El personal de recepción excelente y del desayuno también. Buena ubicación y muy cómodo y limpio

El gimnasio muy pobre y la ducha teníamos que poner una toalla en el suelo, pues resbalaba muchísimo

In primul rand, patul foarte moale, apoi am găsit par pe jos, când ne am cazat nu era apa calda. A venit un instalator dupa 2 ore si a deschis robinetul și a zis ca aia e apa calda. Care era de fapt puțin calda. A doua zi s a rezolvat problema. Micul dejun foarte slab, fără salata proaspata, cu produse puține, selecția de brânzeturi nu era in fiecare zi.
