Safe and excellent choice
Pros:

Location, beds, clean room, breakfast and restaurant

Cons:

Parking availability, but we used another spot nearby and much closer to the hotel.

Unexpectedly enjoyable stay in Ioaninna. The island is a must visit.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and nice restaurant on the roof.

Cons:

A little far from many of the places to visit, although we enjoyed our fifteen minute walk through the town down to the water taxi and other sites.

Boa escolha no centro de Ioannina
Pros:

Hotel moderno e prático no centro de Ioannina. Bom pequeno-almoço. Estacionamento disponível num parque próximo.

Cons:

Um detalhe irritante: o ventilador da casa de banho era demasiado barulhento e não se podia desligar autonomamente. Usámos sempre apenas a luz do espelho.

Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία στα Ιωάννινα όλα τέλεια. Τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατα και πρόθυμα να εξυπηρετήσουν σε ολα Έχουμε ξανάρθει στο παρελθόν το ξέρουμε και θα ξανάρθουμε και στο μέλλον όταν βρεθούμε πάλι στα Ιωάννινα. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να μην σου αρέσει σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Location is perfect. staff was really super, ready to explain and to help with everything. Bad was very comfortable.

Cons:

These comments are very friendly and well-intended. I’m sharing them because you truly have a very good hotel.
The bathtub couldn't be used because the drain plug wasn't working. The bathtub faucet was leaking, and the water pressure in the sink was very low. These are simply things that can be fixed very easily and are normal occurrences, as maintenance services are a routine process in buildings like this

Un hotel splendido nel cuore di Ioannina
Pros:

L'hotel è centralissimo e molto bene inserito con una facciata elegante. Ho apprezzato molto la comodità del garage che l'hotel mette a disposizione per una cifra onestissima di 9 euro al giorno.... in una zona così centrale è indispensabile! Le camere sono spaziose eleganti e quelle al quinto piano sono panoramicissime. La pulizia della stanza è accurata, il bagno splendido, il letto e la biancheria comodissimi. Il personale alla reception è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile, un particolare apprezzamento alla manager Magda che con attenzione e generosità ci ha risolto un problema all'automobile ed ha dimostrato insieme alla receptionist di turno attenzione verso il cliente anche al momento del check out. Colazione ottima. Grazie di cuore!
