Personal war sehr freundlich. Modern zweite Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber.

Als wir abends ankamen war es total stressig vor dem Hotel ist eine viel befahrende Straße mit 2 Parkplätzen zum Koffer entladen. Da muss man echt Glück haben, das genau die zwei frei sind. Wir sind dann aufs Zimmer es hat so stark nach Katzen Toilette gestunken das wir hier nicht schlafen wollten ich habe extra mit Seeblick gebucht. Da das Hotel voll war wurde uns dann nach ein neues Zimmer angeboten es war zwar eine Junior Suite aber ohne Seeblick. Wir hatten zwar mehr Platz aber das war’s auch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung ist aber nichts besonderes. Zum Thema Parkplatz auf den Bildern online sieht man das Hotel und daneben steht parking (sieht aus als wäre hier eine Tiefgarage). Aber das parkinking ist nicht am Hotel man muss im Parkhaus parken bei der Plateia. Das war etwas nervig. Sonntags hat das Parkhaus zu wir mussten außen rum rein. Zudem würde ich als Frau abends da net gerne alleine unten sein.

הנוף מהחדר אל האגם יפה.
Pros:

חדר נוח עם נוף מקסים לאגם ולעיר. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת.

Cons:

חסר קומקום חשמלי בחדר ואין מכונת קפה. החניה בתשלום במגרש של השכנים. ההרגשה שחוסכים וחבל.

Cosy, friendly and convenient location
Pros:

Th hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Ioannina with immediate access to the shopping area, reasonably nice walk to the lake and within easy reach to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

If you are going by car, make sure you book the car park with the hotel reception. Also parking right outside the hotel is a challenge.

A very comfortable, enjoyable stay with a great location.
Pros:

Room was lovely, Location was good, all staff were very friendly and helpful.
The roof top bar was an enjoyable and relaxing space.

Cons:

My husband was a bit concerned about the safety access to a fire escape... we couldn't see an escape door on our 5th floor.

Excellent boutique hotel in Kastoria, high value for money
Pros:

SAZ City Life is a boutique hotel, is located near to the city hall of Kastoria. The hotel is very modern. Staff was very friendly. The room was huge, very nice and we had two bathrooms. The hotel has a restaurant in a terrace with excellent view over Kastoria. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The only issue of this hotel is parking. It has a parking, but it is not used. You need to park in a municipal parking place or in another private parking about 150 m from the hotel. As the hotel lies in a street with high traffic it is difficult to stop to get your luggage out.

Pros:

Our room was very big with a separate sitting room and two bathrooms plus balconies.
The View, roof top bar was really good with views of the lake and kestrels flying nearby. We also saw the fire planes landing and taking off.
The breakfast was also good with coffee made to order not the self help machines that are becoming the norm.

Cons:

I think the bed could have been more comfortable. But that's a maybe.
