Great stay, free parking, clean apartments.
Pros:

First of all the support team of Heimaleiga was really good and prompt. We had some last moment unexpected changes and they were really kind to help us out via email.
They also have a WhatsApp support number which was super prompt, our door code was not working while checkin and they helped us out via chat and resolved within 3-4mins.
Rest all the property had free parking and location is a good point to start from a driving point of view, whether you wanna go inside the city or anywhere else. Also the property had washing machine and dryer on every floor which was a great deal for longer stays.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement était assez grand pour 3 et bien équipé. Bon point de départ pour les visites si vous avez une voiture, proche des routes. Supermarché Bonus tout près.

Adequately comfortable at a relatively good price.
Pros:

The general appearance of the apartment was clean and reasonably spacious with adequate facilities for the price, making it very good value compared to other places to stay within Iceland.
There was plenty of email communication from the the apartment management during our stay, which was reassuring that they were available to assist us in any way should we need anything.
Conveniently, only 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there was a nice place to eat, offering great pizzas and burgers.
The apartment had very great access to the major roads leading out of the Reykjavik area in any direction, making traveling in and out of Reykjavik an easy and stress free experience.
Should I wish to stay in Reykjavik again, I would definitely consider staying at Icelandic Apartments again.

Cons:

A larger bin would have been useful or at least providing some extra bin bags would have been appreciated. Also, a toaster would have been appreciated. Cutlery was also a bit on the thin side, with only 3 knives and two table spoons.
All relatively minor issues.

Great place, but the smells ruined our stay
Pros:

Very nice and spacious apartment with almost everything that you need and well located. Good price/quality ratio.

Cons:

In room 206:
- unpleasant smokey smell upon entry which didn’t go away
- We could smell a sewage-like smell in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower. Really disgusting!
- Missing essentials in kitchen: small sharp knife (and silicone spatula)
