El piso es limpio, amplio y muy luminoso, con su parking y todo lo que uno necesita. Para llegar en coche, es cómodo, ya que no hace falta entrar en la ciudad. La atención al cliente muy amable y muy rápida.

Cons:

La vista al lago no es como en las fotos, ya que el edificio está en una zona industrial. Alrededor hay edificios y el lago lejos, congelado en el invierno apenas se ve.

Pros:

The accommodation was very pleasant, well-equipped, and included kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly good. Bed linen and towels were clean. Parking was easy and hassle-free. If someone does not have a car, there is a bus stop right behind the accommodation with a direct connection to downtown Reykjavik. Behind the building is also supermarket. Communication with the host was smooth and very fast. Self check-in and check-out were convenient. I also recommend reading the short accommodation information via the QR code in the room upon arrival. If we had done that right away, we would not have needed to message the host with questions. :)

Cons:

The only negative point was that the floor did not seem to be vacuumed or cleaned before our arrival, as our socks became dirty right away. :( Other than that, I cannot say anything bad about the accommodation.

Just as a note for future guests: hot water in Iceland often has a sulfur smell because it comes from geothermal sources. This is not the fault of the accommodation and is common across the country, just something to be aware of. On the other hand, the cold water from the kitchen tap was delicious, fresh, and perfectly drinkable Icelandic water.
