The doors and windows there is no mosquito nets to also attract insects to not coming inside the room you should fix them in

Cold shower, tv is lowkey no Netflix menhhhh. Breakfast is poor for the price

Noisy Air Conditioners, stuffy rooms and extremely slow service at the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself is super limited. For the amount of $ charged, try the other top hotels in Kampala - Serena, Sheraton, fourpoints, golden tulip are all better

Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys.

The place was amazing , customer service was exceptional the only issue was that when I forgot my keys I got charged $20 . I don’t think that should happen especially for a high end apartments like those . When a guest forgets their key they should be provided with a second key instead of being charged ! My house keeper Florence was always amazing making sure the place was clean ! Apart from that it’s a wonderful property and close to everything !

Pros: this is a great place to stay, good location, very nice restaurant, spa, pool, rooms are good. Our waitress Banura was sweet as honey and Vikas (manager) helped us when necessary. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even have an area that you can reserve for private parties (we had one birthday celebration) and let them care of the catering.
Cons: beware of online reservations, we used hotels.com and our room didn't have a pool view as stated in our purchase, so there's a mismatch between what you see and what you get. Again, staff was helpful, but nonetheless that leads to frustration during the check-in process.

We checked in late to have some relaxing time on New Year’s Eve for 2021. The room we had gotten had bedbugs. We made an inquiry and they said they were at full capacity so they had no options for us. We had to leave the hotel at 1am on 1st January 2022, which is very inconvenient. We have been working with the manager to request for a refund but this has been in vain so far. We have video recordings for bugs/ insects in the bed and will proceed to post them as awareness to other customers. This is unacceptable

Our stay here was really good, the only problems we had were not getting the room I booked, (they stated that hotels.com should communicate with customers rooms booked subject to availability), the did however give us a better room than the first one we had. Also anyone coming from the US bring wash cloths, they don’t have or provide those.

Spacious rooms has complete kitchen with stove oven microwave fridge and a freezer! Very convenient if you want make your own meals. Security is great as well. Daily housekeeping provided as well..

We stayed at Speke Apartments for a short getaway. Everything we needed was there. We were able to enjoy the good food, service, spa and other amenities. It’s also a nice location close to many fine restaurants and shops. Thank you for taking good care of us.

Rooms are clean and interior finish is good. Customer service however is terrible.
90% of my calls to the reception never got a feedback for items they said let us check and get back to you. I had to consistently call to get anything done.
During my reservation, it was indicated a bottle of wine per night of stay. After making several calls, they finally said they could provide only one bottle for all my 8 nights. A wine bottle was brought to my room on the last night, which makes little sense since i was busy packing already.
Among their free supplies, drinking water is included but i never got it until my 6th of the 9 days.
Free newspapers but never got any. After requesting for the papers, i was informed that only Chinese newspapers can be provided since they apparently get free Chinese papers from some donors.
Without any prior notification, someone came to my room and started changing the wall finishes, with all the tools scattered in the room. What an inconvenience. Unbelievable.
Laundry is ridiculously expensive. Since these are serviced apartments, providing a coin-operated laundry machine will show that they somehow care for their long stay family customers.
Providing a hair dryer for each apartment is reasonable.

Speke apartments is high class standard. Very pleasant staff at the front desk. The management is very good and the property in general gives you value for money.

Great facilities

Very neat, great customer care, great services, spacious enough, absolutely safe for tenants, ample parking, trained reception, assistance given at every stage.

I thought I would try these beautiful looking new hotel apartments as I was getting fed up with the rest of the supposedly high quality hotels. i was so pleased I did. the standard of the hotel, gym spa etc is first class . The rooms are fitted to a very high standard and very comfortable. They could do with better quality toiletries and Supersport sports channels as standard but i was very impressed.
The quality of the food and beverages in the restaurant is very good and I tried the spa and it was superb. Sarah and Naome in the restaurant stood out for service and Zaina in the spa gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have had. The reception staff were very friendly as were the management. This is undoubtedly my hotel of choice from now on.

I stayed at Speke apartments for about two weeks at the beginning of the month. I loved it! The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and the ambiance is divine. I loved everything about it. It exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend staying there. You won’t be disappointed. It such a great place. The Cabana restaurant is also great. The food is very good and the amazing breakfast is included every day. Hidaya, my waitress every day, was a great waitress. She made the breakfast experience even better. You can see that she cares about her job. I am planning on staying at Speke again next year!
