Very centrally located in Fira, totally private. Uniquely designed interior 👍🏽. We enjoyed every moment spent there. Inside and outside jacuzzi worked well after long days. Staff are so friendly and we felt like home. They took care of us well 😊

Personnel was very kind and responded with urgency ... I had a last minute booking and Athenas responded immediately, she also helped me to identify the path to go there driving

Scenic views, centrally located and an easy walk into town. You need to not be afraid of stairs.
We walked to Santo Wine Farm.
20 min taxi to Ori, which is a great village to walk around.
Perfect time of year as the island was not too busy
Breakfast each morning was bought on a tray and was delicious.
Highly recommend Pelican Kipos restaurant in Fira.

Great host, helpful with information and transfers. You need to meet the host at the top of Fira to help you find the location and navigate the alleys with your luggage.

Destaco la amabilidad del personal , sobre todo de athena que estuvo atenta a responder todos mis requerimientos y muy rápido . También destacar a la persona que nos hacía el aseo , ya que dejaba todo muy impecable .

The place was astonishing, big, luxurious, clean and with a lot of amenities provided by the great host Athena. The view is as good as you can get from the caldera and the two jacuzzi made the hole experience fell more premium. The location is also great for exploring Santorini with everything you need a walk away from the villa. The staff was amazing, Yannis helped us with the bags on the check-in and on the checkout and was always available to help while Furtura made one of the best breakfast we had, serving it on the living room of our own villa other than making sure everything was kept clean and organized. Without a shadow of a doubt if you want to experience a premium trip on Santorini the Thera villas is an excellent option. We hope to come back soon.

Amazing place to stay! The suite was great, incredible views from the balcony and a fabulous breakfast brought to the room. Athena was wonderful, so helpful with anything that you need.

Location and views were just amazing! Athena and her crew was very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this place for romantic stay.

We stayed at Thera villas in the 3 bedroom apartment as a group of 6 friends. We had an amazing stay. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice. The apartment had all of the amenities we could possibly need. The breakfast each morning was lovely. The view from the apartment is incredible and the outdoor pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy it. In the evening when it got chilly, we would retreat to the indoor heated pool to warm up. The location is superb, there are of course lots of steps up to Fira, but they are manageable and are also to be expected in Santorini. Communication with Athena was great and she was the perfect host.

I would highly, highly recommend Thera villas, you will not find a better place to stay in Fira.

Everything was great. The room looked exactly like the photos online. The view made it even more amazing. The host was very accommodating.
