Thera Villas

Lovely 3 room villa. Perfect for 6 adults and in a great location near restaurants and the center of town but off the track of the cruiseies walking path. Just note that two of the rooms are smaller and darker than the main room so make sure to pick traveling companions that are good with that.

Athena was an excellent host and comms with her are rapid and precise. Works great for me!

I would have liked the pool to be a plunge pool but it's a hottub and Santorini is hot enough that I don't need the hot water to relax, but that's just me. Others in our party enjoyed it in the late evening after dinner.

The food in the morning is very, very generous. Bring a big appetite.

Stayed for 4 nights Sep 24-28 in Maisonette villa.

Manager for hotel set up airport transfers round trip for about 40 euros one way (80 round trip). Upon arrival staff were there to guide us the hotel which is located on cliffside and cannot be driven to directly. Descent was about 5 minutes and staff helped carry luggage (arrival and departure) which was a big help.

Hotel located in a nice area of Fira with excellent view of caldera and typical white cliffside buildings.

Both jacuzzi tubs were clean and well maintained. Unique feature of both pools were heating (nice for late night) and covered canopy which provided excellent privacy from above, along with sidewalls for privacy sideways as well. Looking at other hotels many did not have this level of privacy.

Best time for jacuzzi use were before noon and around 6 pm onwards (sunset at 7 pm) as time in between had lots of direct sunlight during the day making it quite warm. Beautiful sunset view while in the outdoor tub.

Daily breakfast was nice and timely.

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.

Overall a great stay and would strongly recommend to others.

The room was amazing it was very spacious we were greeted by friendly staff. Each morning we had a complimentary breakfast. we got a perfect view from our room of the sunset every night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my other friends and family..

There are not enough words to describe how spectacular this villa and the staff are! We stayed in The Grand Villa with our 3 adult children and did not want to leave. Waking up each morning to a prepared breakfast and warm smiles from the staff to reading or relaxing by the pool with the view of the volcano and beautiful waters will forever be etched in my mind. A special treat was running into the owner as he dropped off fresh feta and he telling us the history of the property as a winery and each step of the renovation. The villa is perfectly located to everything but tucked away to provide privacy and peace. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful villa. We hope to come back again.

Entire staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. We loved staying here! They helped us with all of our transpiration and luggage! Food is amazing! So close to everything! We always felt safe comfortable!

Athena was welcoming and communicative, making our visit a breeze. We came in by ferry and our ride was arranged seamlessly amidst the mayhem of ferry arrivals. The property itself is exquisite (we stayed in the Grand Villa with 6 people). The location is right in the Caldera with beautiful views. Although loud at night outside, it was quiet within the rooms and we had very good sleep. The trek to the villa is extensive given the cliff side etc. but that is a given for the area!

Excellent Wifi, the staff and management were very helpful, the manager Athena organized our pick up from the airport, ordered our breakfast in the morning, and was available when needed. It was a perfect private villa with the caldera view. The balcony with the tub was a plus. I'd stay here a thousand times.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The host went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. The view is amazing. The place is clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again no question.

Great Place for views and enjoying Santorini Vibes. The only problem is the bed. Very bad quality for the price of the villa. The breakfast was ok compare to every other place we had breakfast in the island
