Kandy Skyloft

We hosted our engagement at this hotel and the service was outstanding. Although our main coordinator was not present, he had pre-arranged every detail and his team executed it flawlessly. The staff was well-organized, friendly, and ensured everything went according to plan. Excellent experience overall!

The Skyloft is a modern hotel of striking architecture and beautiful decor. We spent two nights there after only planning for one. The recent extreme weather in Sri Lanka necessitated the second night at short notice, The manager Sanjay & his staff could not have been more accommodating. Their hospitality was outstanding in every respect.
The hotel also boasts an excellent chef.
All meals were enjoyable with the standout for me being the Beef Mustard Curry-a local delicacy. There was an excellent drinks menu including a Tyrrells 2020 Hunter Valley Semillon. Cocktails were excellent and well-priced.
Power outages and water shortages impacted the hotel but Sanjay took it all in his stride and was gracious throughout.
The best accommodation we’ve had in Sri Lanka.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was comfortable, clean, pretty decorated and had everything you need. The rooftop views are incredible and the food was delicious. The staff was warm and welcoming. I will recommend staying there.

The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Hanthana Mountain right from our Deluxe room. The food was delicious — both the dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and capturing the beautiful surroundings.

Amazing spot. Fantastic infinity pool with great views. Service was good. Drive up and down is hairy, but fun, although you wouldn't want to do it often.

Our stay at Skyloft Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is perched on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views of Kandy city and the surrounding mountains — it’s truly a peaceful escape from the busy town below.
The rooms were spotless, and very comfortable, with large windows to enjoy the view. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we met was warm, polite, and eager to help with anything we needed.
If you’re visiting Kandy, I highly recommend Skyloft Hotel — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, amazing views, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This is my 2nd time personally. This time came with friends. Great location, beautiful mountain views and city view. Really comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms, so relaxing calm and quite environment, friendly staff, values more than the money you pay, family rooms are not soundproof, rooftop infinity swimming pool is the best feature. Definitely we come again. Then it will be my 3rd visit!❤️

Stayed at Skyloft for the second time with family.The hotel has improved and expanded.The front desk staff is warm and supportive and prompt when giving the rates and confirming reservation .One of our rooms was upgraded to a suite which was amazing .The F&B staff too was quiet supportive and attentive.
What I love the most at Skyloft is their pretty little garden , unique reception, cozy restaurant and the infinity pool .Can witness the sunset which is mesmerizing,if you could make it to the pool or rooftop bar in the evening .The rooms are clean and have private balcony overlooking to mountains with all the amenities you can ask for.
If there’s anything to be improved, it would be the dinner options for HB guests.

I really enjoyed my comfy 3-day stay at Skyloft. I loved the breathtaking Hanthana range and the continuous cool breeze drifting through the mountains. The hotel staff were very helpful and understanding, which made my stay even more comfortable. Honestly, this place feels safe, peaceful, and serene. The food was good as well. Staying here has been a beautiful memory; I especially loved how close it is to nature, making it the perfect escape from busy, crowded cities. ♡♡♡

Amazing hotel with an amazing view!
Their rooftop pool is really a must, with an incredible view over Kandy (one of the highest).

The hotel itself was also great : clean, comfortable and modern.
The meals and services were great!
They even did a BBQ party (perfectly handled by Amith) with live music for our group of 30, and it was amazing !

Stayed at Skyloft Kandy on 1 August and loved it! The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay again!
