There was no sink to wash the cups,…and the sink inside the bathroom was very small and couldn’t hold the tap water properly.

Pros:

I like the selection of breakfast most days. It is in a quiet place if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The onsen and sauna are quite decent.

Cons:

The water temperature for the shower was so inconsistent. The temperature kept changing, so it was hard to enjoy the shower because we felt cold in the middle of it. The staff was quite chaotic. Sometimes, you have to look for them. The location is great if you want to stay away from the city, but you need to have a car or rely mostly on taxi. The breakfast was good, but they were so slow to refill the food. It is Japanese style, but I would say 'a budget Japanese style hotel'. The facilities were bad. The TV was so old, and the sofa was very uncomfortable. There was no sink in the toilet. The sink outside in the living room was so old. I do not think it will go back there.

Great underrated japanese style hotel with great breakfast, great staff and good clean and friendly

The onset was delightful and the staff were extremely polite even when I locked myself out of my room.. good staff who care make the dufference

Bad smell coming out of the sink , walls ,not sound proof, booking.com site says free airport transfer,but not so .have to pay . breakfast below standard.

Good value but not a delightful stay
Pros:

Good value, huge room with Breakfast and Onsen for a very good price. The location is great, not far from famous tourist spots with a large parking lot.

Cons:

The room did not look like what I saw in Booking.com, old room, with repaired dent here and there... Onsen Bathroom is quite old, dim, and water pressure is very low (change the lightbulb perhaps?)
