The safe wasn’t working, the heater in the bedroom would make an intermittent noise which was irritating especially at night, no laundry soap or kitchen utensils
Good location and staff
It is our 3rd stay since 2021 being the 1st. Facility and amenities, furniture, towels, maintenance got old.
The location was good. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby.
The staff were nice.
The entire lobby area smells of cabbage water. Very strange.
When we arrived the room was really dirty, of course the bed linen was clean but the floors were filthy, the bed table had drink droplets on it, we could not use the drawers as those all had dust, crumbs and hairs in them. The bathroom was nice but the drainage in the shower wasnt good so becomes a pool if you shower long. The outside of the shower is full of limescale and the floor tiles were dirty like the room floor. Even when we requested a room clean all that was done was our bed was made (with our same bed sheets) and towels were changed. I had to request fresh linen and change myself. I didnt bother requesting cleaning after that, just bed sheets and new towels. The entire place needs a deep clean, not just vacuuming and bed linen changes.
The breakfast was not nice, this a shame for me as breakfast is something I really look forward to at hotels. There was a minimal buffet with not many choices. They use tea light candles to keep the food warm, but this is ineffective as everyday the food was cold. After day three I gave up on the breakfast and started eating out.
For the price, it is nowhere near worth it. I understand hotels want to make money but when you are charging over a certain price there are standard that guests expect.
The only real plus for me was the front desk and restaurant staff were really nice.

The staff was very helpful despite the problems we had.
The place is run down and needs maintenance. They had to replace two electrical hobs that didn't work, the third one worked. The kitchen counter top is broken. The electric plug in the bathroom was hanging loose from the wall.
Definitely not value for your money!

It is near lots of restaurants and good location
Not the same as before but very good.
Room is big and clean. Good for the family. We didn't use the kitchen.
We came by car. Parking is not very easy. The people in the hotel are kind and help with the parking. It is close by the street, but we didn't hear much noise.
Close to the supermarket.
Breakfast is less attractive.

No cleaning like towels soap etc unless you specifically request- i stayed for one week... bad is uncomfortable, pillows are very bad. Room is small
