整體乾淨整潔 舒適度也不錯 但晚上外面大卡車經過有點大聲 除了這個其他都很好 這樣的價錢有附早餐跟浴缸太值了 雖然早餐睡過頭來不及吃 但浴缸泡澡很舒服

温泉以外は非常に良い。
Pros:

今回の台湾旅行は台北ー花蓮ー礁渓と泊まり歩いたが、
ホテルスタッフの応対が一番良かった。
フロントも朝食会場も笑顔の接客で、実に気分が良かった。
ただ、温泉は期待しない方がいいかも。

大堂有很多LEGO及相關模型，小孩子很喜歡及感到興奮，也有水機及茶包提供；但房間空間很小，在普通雙人房內，差不多不夠位置打開兩個行李箱；浴室設施OK及整潔，有淋浴區及浴缸可供浸温泉；早餐基本可以，但好像用作送飯的菜色較多，較少適合早餐的選擇，水果只有一款，可考慮多提供兩款及提供麥片、乳酪

基本上符合三顆星的住宿品質，該商旅近車站及不少礁溪知名餐廳，所以便利性來說是很好的。若講求CP是不錯的選擇，唯一幾項缺點是：房間隔音不是太好，整體裝潢偏老舊，房間有霉味，早餐是一般家常菜，較大的休旅車需停在車站附近的合作停車場。若對硬體及服務有要求的家庭及旅客，建議還是要提高預算選擇四星級商旅。

Hotel has a whimsical feel in the lobby. Room is small but the bathroom is large. Surrounding area is safe and has shops and restaurants. A 3-5 min slow walk to train station and about 10 min walk to bus station.

飯店櫃檯全時服務，也會提前來電確認預定入住時間，相當貼心
設施部分乾濕分離的設計有點奇怪，浴缸兩人入浴沒有問題，但水會仍會溢出，淋浴蓮蓬頭設計不太好，水溫與水量不好調整

早餐部分選擇較少，相對不優

停車因入住時間太晚，櫃檯引導至台灣聯通停車場，可免費停車

飯店主打親子住宿，日後有機會或許仍會選擇入住

入住時櫃台服務人員親切。
房間乾淨度需加強。3年前住過一次3人房，浴室較大。早餐很差。中式稀飯和罐頭醬菜居多。前天再次入住4人房。浴缸較小。蓮蓬頭只能直掛，無法調整角度。非常不好用。早餐一樣沒有改進。失望!

還算不錯的住宿~

位置在火車站附近，在鬧區中，走路就可以到附近的美食、商店，很方便~
大廳可愛，房間簡單乾淨，服務不錯~
房間小，重點還是升級過的，那原來的......
浴室水垢多，銀色設備及玻璃門都是~
明明有設玻璃門隔開沐浴區，但浴缸旁的區域卻沒有隔，未乾濕分離，水難排出，上廁所時會一直濕腳......
隔音差，在走廊聽的到房內聲音，當然在房內也聽的到走廊聲音，不小聲......
床不錯睡，但棉被很熱，不蓋會冷，蓋了會熱......
早餐，一般的中西式，菜色樣式簡單，不難吃，普普~
後來還發現浴巾有好幾個破洞.......
