A very average hotel with tiny rooms and semi outdoor bathrooms
They downgraded the room with a double bed instead of king size as booked and paid , putting the blame on Expedia . Way better hotels in surrounding then this one

Whoever cooked that breakfast threw down. That breakfast was the bomb. Excellent experience.

Gorgeous place, my bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was a balcony with a wall of leaves that kept people from looking in, that was weird the first night

We had a wonderful stay at Leclerc Cali. We recently had the pleasure of visiting Cali for our anniversary, and we must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience!
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the grandeur and elegance of this establishment.

The service was impeccable, the accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cali.

The location: Very well located in the neighbourhood Granada closed to restaurants, bars and shopping malls.

The service: The staff at Leclerc were extremely friendly and attentive. They are always willing to help with anything you need, from a beverage every time you returned to providing recommendations in the area.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Leclerc. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cali.

I had such an amazing stay at this boutique hotel - the service was truly exceptional.

From the first moment I walked in, I was met with friendly faces and warm welcomes. The staff were incredibly attentive to my needs and made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room itself was beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found myself sinking into it every night with a sense of pure bliss.

But what really set this hotel apart was the level of care and attention given by the staff. They took the time to get to know me and my preferences, and made every effort to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Cute, boutiquish, super friendly, great bathroom, lots of restaurant around.

In the US this is like a bed and breakfast. Everyone was helpful and nice. Usually in Cali i stay at full service hotels but i will return here. It it quiet, serene and comfortable.

What a treat this hotel is! Very personable and unique. We stayed in one of the suites and that was a beautiful experience with the shower in an open balcony protected by a green wall/plant decoration. Breakfast is nicely served with beautiful china. Definitely will come back.

The only bad thing was that I was never able to find the off premise parking and had to leave the rental outside. The day I left because the car been outside they stole the driver rearview mirror.

Love my stay at leclerc. The room was cozy, loved the outdoor bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. The breakfast was a nice added bonus.

The only criticism I have was the entry/exit to the building. You had to buzz in every time you came back into the building and wait for someone to meet you at the front door to open it. This wasn't very private especially if your date is coming home with you. They make your guests sign in and photocopy their identification.

For this reason alone I would chose a regular hotel over leclerc. It may be more suitable for families

Great experience. The staff was always attentive and nice. Breakfast was always served fresh. For my bday, they surprised me with a special breakfast. They went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on my encounter with the staff.

I reserved and paid for a room with queen size bed and got a full size bed, when I when to reception to request a room with queen bed I was told I would have to pay another $80,000 pesos which is about another $25 dollars. I asked to speak to management, the owner stated they didn’t know what prizes were being offered on Expedia. They also charged another $90,000 for my husband. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are lots of hotels in Cali, where they don’t charge for a second guest. The breakfast was descent and brought to our room.
