Vinohradský dům

We stayed for four nights and liked everything about it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is that reception is only open 9-6 and occasionally not staffed because they have other responsibilities. And only one roll of toilet paper, which could have been a problem.
It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We walked to the old town and also took trams many times. A studio but spacious with a little kitchen. There was confusion about a taxi at train station but staff was responsive quickly by phone/WhatsApp even though it was about 6 pm. I emailed ahead of time for restaurants in walking distance since we were arriving late. They gave good suggestions. Couldn’t get English tv (not tech savvy) but that was fine. Washing machine helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Deluxe hotel room was spacious with double bed, plus sofa bed in main living area. Small kitchen and toilet with sink. Room was quiet, though note I was there in December and my windows were closed and I faced the courtyard. I arrived after hours, but self service was easy..Note, you need to place the key card in the slot inside the door to get power for the lights inside the apartment. Don't forget to take the key card with you when you leave the room. Elevator basically for 1 person with luggage. The street in front has lots of car traffic. Tram stop and subway for I.P. Pavlova steps away around the corner. Excellent public transportation access. Easy to get to other areas of the city quickly. I would stay there again in the future.

Room - Studio Deluxe

Pros: exactly what you seen in photos, well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, all the utensils you could need. Decent shower with good pressure. Washing machine under sink (even provided capsules)
Samsung TV with internet allowing you to watch ondemand like your own netflix.
Small touches like toothpaste and brushes (in disposable sets) and slippers (albeit standard cheap ones) which make stay more delightful

Cons: Air con in room very fiddly and doesnt always respond to commands via remote. Is on a busy main road so traffic can be heard. May be a problem if you are a light sleeper (unsure if other rooms face away from road)

Location: 2 mins from metro and 20 mins or so from Prague Main Station. Prague is a walkable city and i used metro/buses to get to the zoo otherwise walked everywhere fairly easily.

Shops like Tesco, Billa, Lidl not far away nor are many restaurants and takeaways.

I will be returning as great value for Money.

Second time staying here and in the same type of room. Really comfortable place and great location for accessing everything.

Definitely recommend and would stay there a third time the next time we return to Prague!

I really liked having a kitchen and a washing machine in the room. Clean, comfortable, good location (right next to the C line metro stop that I needed), helpful and friendly staff. I just wish the room had an armchair or a sofa, that's the only thing I missed. Other than that, everything was perfect :)

Everything was great

The apartment was excellent. Spacious and had everything you could need for a short or longer trip. Check in was very easy and convenient and the room was spotlessly clean. Location was great and everything is walkable within 30mins. Only downsides were that you could hear heavy footed people walking across their room above us early in the morning, and a burst pipe on the street meant we were without water for most of a day but that was just bad luck. Would highly recommend.

Vinohradský Dům is in a fantastic location, close to metro and tram stations, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were friendly, though only available from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you need parking, book early and be aware that the spaces and access road are narrow, so a small car is best. The area can be congested, so driving requires caution. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay. Staff was friendly. Location and neighborhood are incredible. Had to stand on a chair to get the fantastic view out my ceiling windows, but the natural light was fantastic. Bathroom is clean and well laid out. Clothes dried well with the bathroom rack and my portable clothes line. I didn't read the fine print well enough and thought the kitchenette included an oven. With even a toaster-oven and perhaps a dishwasher, the place would have been perfect -- though not for people who just have to take up large amounts of space.

I arrived late in the evening, and access to the apartment was made very easy by the instructions given by the hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious, and after my luggage was lost at the airport the complimentary hygiene kit was very much welcomed. The apartments accessible to the underground transport and is a 5 minute walk to Narodni museum and Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from the Old Town Square.

The room was perfect and the hotel is in a good location with easy access to all tourist locations. The no 22 and 23 trams run directly from around the corner up to prague castle.
Room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Check in was very easy. We arrived late at night so reception was shut. We were sent simple instructions with the door code and a code for a lock box to get our room key.
We have marked our review down because of the inconvenience caused at check out. We went downstairs to reception to leave our bags only to find reception had shut from 11am to 12. What a ridiculous time to close considering check out is 11am. We had to wait over an hour to be able to leave our bags. I messaged the hotel WhatsApp number at 12.07 and 12.15 to ask when reception would open but no one responded to me. Finally at 12.20 someone came down and opened reception. We tried to ask about picking our bags up, but the lady said she didn't speak English.
We returned early to pick up our bags to be sure. Not a very good end to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable studio apartment type accommodation located right next to a major transportation street car hub. Easy to get around the city. From there. It's clean. It's quiet. It's a great place to stay

Lovely apartment, clean and has everything you need. Great location. Walking distance to old town, Charles bridge etc. Lots of public transport right next to hotel but we chose to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel, everything is new inside and impeccably clean. It is nicely lit with huge ceilings and large windows of the late 19th , early 20th century art deco style affluent building. You get your own kitchen with everything you need equipped. The location is perfect— quiet and private inside, but right next to multiple coffee shops (Paul, Starbucks, and many independently own ones) and restaurants all around bustling square where Metro station is located. There is a full scale grocery store one block away. In addition to metro, the stop of the trams that stops in the most interesting places in Prague (22) is just steps away from the hotel. If you prefer walking — it is only 7-8 min away from Wenceslas Square and 10 min away from Old town square with the most famous attraction in Prague— Astronomical clock. I couldn’t be happier that I picked this hotel to stay in Prague!
