Teleurstellend, voor dit geld hadden we kwaliteit verwacht.
Pros:

De locatie in het centrum van Praag is perfect te noemen, overal dicht bij en alles op loopafstand te doen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Van het ontbijt hadden we meer verwacht qua assortiment (geen Tsjechische Producten) en zeker van de ruimte waar het ontbijt klaar staat en de ruimte waar het plaats vind. In deze 2 ruimtes is het net een sauna, zo heet, en dit is constant het geval. Het ontbijt staat op een buffetkast met een marmeren plaat die gewoon warm is, voor de vlees en kaaswaren lijkt mij dit niet goed. Al met al toch teleurstellend, niet verwacht dat zoiets kan bij dit hotel met 5 sterren.

Cons:

De kamer die we hadden geboekt was een teleurstelling. We hadden voor 3 nachten de junior-suite (zijn er 3 verschillende van) geboekt incl ontbijt voor ruim 1000,00 euro. De eerste kamer geen wifi (wel mooi uitzicht op het plein) ,verhuizen naar kamer 2. Een prachtige kamer. In de avond komen de bovenburen (houten verdiepingsvloeren). Vanaf hun intrede alleen maar lawaai van praten, lopen, slepen met van alles en nog wat, geen oog dicht gedaan (in de nachtkastjes liggen standaard oordoppen voor de gasten). Volgende ochtend gemeld bij de receptie, zij gaan met de familie praten enz... Nacht 2 het zelfde verhaal. Na 2 slapeloze nachten naar kamer 3, geen uitzicht, geen ventilatie mogelijk, wel geslapen.....

Pros:

Eine top Lage, sehr zentral und in fußläufiger Umgebung alles erreichbar, was man bei einem Trip nach Prag sehen muss.
Das Zimmer war rusikal-chic und die Einrichtung im gesamten Hotel sehr einmalig. Etwas besonderes hier zu nächtigen.

Awful overpriced

Not a lot.

Cons:

You walk into the entrance and the smell of being in a brewery hits you in the face. The hotel is tired looking and for the money they ask below standard. Don’t be fooled by its a great deal. The minute you arrive everything is extra. They even go as far as giving themselves a tip before your stay starts. Check the bill and understand your charges before signing. The breakfast was terrible.

立地も対応もパーフェクトなホテル！

立地が素晴らしい！
時計台の目の前で、ここ以上の立地が良いホテルはないと思う。
中心地なのにホテル内は全くうるさくなくて、快適に過ごせた。

また、清掃スタッフの気配りがすごすぎた！
10ヶ月の子供をベットに寝かせたかったが、シングルベット2台を繋ぎ合わせたものだったのでベットの隙間に落ちないように、ベビーベットのマットレスを敷いて狭く寝ていた。
そしたら翌日、清掃スタッフの方が私たちの状況を察知してくれてベットの隙間を埋めてくれていた。
子供のアメニティやバスローブも用意してくれているし、清掃スタッフまで素晴らしい心遣いで感動。

朝ごはんも美味しくて十分だった！！
プラハに来たら、絶対またこのホテルを選びます！

Cons:

空調がおかしい。
暑過ぎて、2月なのに窓をあけていたぐらい。
小さな窓のところの暖房がついていたのか、部屋で暑かったら隅々まで暖房機械を探した方がいい。

あと、エレベーターが狭くて、
4階がルーフトップバーなので宿泊客以外の人もエレベーターを使うため、タイミングによってはエレベーターが若干混む。
