Leaky toilet, poor cleaning services and I had a couple of marks on the bedding which they tried to charge me 6000 bhat for. After I refused they said they would accept 2750 which I paid after they threatened to call the police and I had a fling to catch. I have not received an invoice from the place saying I still owe them 6000 bhat after paying. Staff must have stolen the money. I have contacted my lawyer who will be reaching out if they contiue to try and scam me.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Great location, 5 min walk to the nightlife.
The staff was really nice! The location was pretty good. We could walk to most things. However, the hotel it's self is a little run down and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Super hard and springy.
Horrible experience! I booked through Agoda, and both Agoda and the hotel confirmed the booking by email. After driving for 6 hours I reached the hotel, only to be informed that they had cancelled the booking and that the hotel was full. They had only one room left with no windows and smelling awfully from moisture and fungus. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and only explained that it was the booking system's fault, which is not very probable since the booking was already confirmed by the same system.
가격을 생각하면 여행하면서 있기에는 괜찮을 듯 해요. 그런데 약간의 먼지가 있기 때문에 청결을 많이 따지는 분들은 별로일 것 같아요. 저는 개인적으로 위치, 안전, 가격 등을 고려해서 선택했고, 룸 자체가 크다는 점에서 좋았습니다.

To be honest....... Nice area, quiet, good air conditioning, clean... good area for walking sightseeing and food.... But hey food is everywhere in Thailand...
No bed.... Mattress on the floor... But it was comfie... Just a mid 60s bit of a job to get up and down... 😂😂😂

Shower.... OK but the water went no where near the drain hole.... So bathroom underwater... All the time...Thai builders I guess...

I was at this hotel for a week between December and January 2023. Our room was only cleaned 3 times during a week, because we asked for it, as they do not provide this service. The bathroom fills up, turns into a pool every time someone takes a shower and the water doesn't drain, you have to use a towel to remove the water and wring it out until the bathroom is fit for use again. I spoke about it at the reception and they told me that there is nothing to do, since all the rooms have the same problem. I cannot understand how this hotel receives positive reviews, because spending a week without room cleaning and having to drain the bathroom water wringing towels is the end. There is no hygiene, nothing! If I could I would give zero
Spacious rooms. But no real armchairs. Stains on the walls. Good matress but dirty sheets. Unuseable outlets. Clogged shower hole at arrival. No view second floor, feels cold and stern.

Aircondition didnt cool although runnig on highest cooling setting. Felt sick after 1 night in this room, sour through, went check the aircondition air filter and saw dirt and dust which was there probably since 1 year, so nodody cleans aircon filters in this hotel letting customers beeing exposed to air bacterias. Never booking this hotel again, it isnt worth
Overall it's a great location for where I like to be. They have an excellent staff who are very warm and helpful. My room was unique in that it's one that is set up for those who like to not utilize the normal tables, chairs or raised beds. So, there's wasn't a chair in the room, which is apparently not the case for all of their rooms. I'm a yogi, so I do like sitting cross-legged on cushions on the floor, but not always for doing extensive work on my computer. So, be prepared to choose the type of room you work well with. I didn't even notice (when scouting out the room) that it didn't have the normal furnishings.
Very friendly staff and excellent location. It was right in the middle of all the action in Chiang Mai making it very easy to go to old as well as new town. Loved watching the squirrels over breakfast
Room was spacious and clean. Nice clean bathroom. Staff werd very welcoming and helpful when we had some questions
The room (including bathroom) is modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although basic. Some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Will be staying there another night after completing Mae Hong Son loop.
Room is so big with living area. The garden is nice. Location is nearby several attractions.
If you are looking for block drain and had flooding each shower time. Then I guess this hotel will be the best option.
The customer service is good however the issue of the drains is really bothering us.
