Mostly a very nice stay. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was not good for reading. Too dim. There was only one suitcase stand for a double room. There should be two as there is no where else to put a second suitcase except on the lounge chair or the floor.

Um ótimo hotel 4 estrelas. Com aspecto de novo, quarto confortável, camas boas e bem localizado.

Cons:

Chuveiro com a pressão da água um pouco fraca.

Outra queixa é que eu esqueci minha nécessaire no hotel. Enviei uma mensagem pelo Booking para verificar a possibilidade de enviarem ao hotel do meu próximo destino, arcando com todos os custos, mas não obtive resposta.

Também liguei para o hotel. A atendente parecia não saber como proceder nessa situação, informou que verificaria com o setor de camareiras e me retornaria por e-mail, mas esse retorno nunca aconteceu.

Pros:

Henley restaurant was exceptional. Walkable location to many night spots, organic Turnip Market foods. Room was nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. Really nice bathroom, shower and tub area- had a bedroom with separate living room and kitchenette- refrigerator was excellent and cold. 3rd floor. My dog was treated like a queen- with lots of attention and smiles. Staff was top notch.

Cons:

Housekeeping- they did not clean the entire room every day- but only made the bed. Did not empty trash, bring fresh washcloths, or supply fresh tea bags or coffee pods. The 2 chairs and couch had some stains, which the staff was awesome about correcting.

This hotel is overpriced and not clean

The close location to Vanderbilt.

Cons:

We were locked out of our room for hours one night because their key fob didn't work. The property isn't clean. Our sheets were't clean and the furniture in the entire hotel is stained and tired. The floors are also dirty. One night we woke up to a crazy fight in the hotel hallway outside our room and we couldn't go to sleep until 3am.

Not a 4-star hotel. Decent room and beds, but way overpriced for what it is.
Pros:

When I arrived nobody was at the front desk. I waited several minutes for someone to show up. I couldn't find any staff as I looked around the lobby. Very strange.

Cons:

There was coffee service in the lobby, but both days the coffee was warm and there was no milk or cream set up. When I asked someone at the front desk, they said "If you want, I can go get you some oatmilk." Strange.
