Would not stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Ran out of box of tissues, and we were unable to find room service for a new box. Room smelled like smoke. Could hear traffic and sirens at night; couldn’t sleep. No lighting from parking lot hallway to back entrance.

Pros:

Nice rooms, clean and sufficient

Cons:

Staff at breakfast weren't helpful, the receptionist was asked about more cups and said she'd get someone to look for some then proceeded to do nothing.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Staff was overall friendly. The updated decor makes it look more like a boutique hotel. Breakfast must have been updated because it was not the limited selection I read in the reviews, rather it was a typical hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels & toast, waffle maker, yogurt and apples.
Location is near multiple bars and restaurants, but still away from the noise.

Cons:

We had immediate neighbors and we could hear them talking as if we were in the same room, the walls are very thin. Make sure to not wait until the last minute to go get your breakfast, items can run out.

It was OK. Parking was $40 a night definitely not worth it.
Pros:

I like the fact that this hotel was literally downtown and close to a lot of stuff. Also, the staff was pretty friendly.

Cons:

There was a huge disturbance on my hall, where a man was arguing with his girlfriend and where it was getting to the point where it could’ve been a domestic violence situation. A staff came upstairs to remove the man however, 30 minutes later he was back upstairs, kicking the doors in. I thought that them letting him back upstairs was a huge risk and also very careless. I feel bad for that poor girl the hotel staff did not do their best to protect her. Also, this happened at like one or two in the morning when I had to be up at 6 AM so I got no rest that night. He carried on from about 1:30 AM to 4 AM until the police came. Cussing, yelling, and kicking the door. We also had to pay $40 a night just to park and they’re open unsafe parking garage that anybody can get into. At that point what are we paying for then?

This is a clean safe friendly affordable hotel to rest while exploring Nashville.
Pros:

Cute, clean, safe, friendly staff, mostly quiet. It was a quick uber/lyft ride to lower broadway. The street is not super busy.
