Excellent service and staff
Pros:

The location was perfect. It is close to St Thomas Accession. It is close to downtown and great restaurants. The room/hotel is clean. The bed is so comfy.
They put us close to the elevator, since I was having same day surgery. Also, they have a wheelchair. My husband used it to transfer me to/from the car to the room.
The staff is excellent. A special shout-out to the young lady working the front desk on May 19th and 20th afternoon/evening. She is friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the area, where to go and where to eat.
