Devíamos ter uma chave para entrar e sair do hotel . O secador estava estragado e não tinham outro . O quarto era muito escuro porque não tinha luz para o exterior e não havia internet .

Pokój 106 nie spełniał warunków z oferty w portalu. Nie miał okna, jedynie mały wizjer na korytarz, brak informacji o tym w opisie.

Klimatyzacja bez możliwości regulacji.
Personel nie zainteresowany pomocą w zmianie pokoju bez dodatkowych dużych dopłat. Jak twierdzą zdjęcia są tylko poglądowe i nie muszą odzwierciedlać rzeczywistych pokoi.
Opuściliśmy obiekt po jednej fatalnej nocy, bez rekompensaty za kolejne. Czym personel nie przejął się w ogóle.

Es como estar en casa.

Siempre que viajamos a Medellín sin duda alguna nos hospedamos allí, la experiencia siempre es la mejor, la atención del personal, las habitaciones bonitas y cómodas, el desayuno muy rico y el sector muy tranquilo

Sólo el punto de ubicación

Cons:

La habitación asignada tenía humedad, al pedir el cambio querían que pagara un excedente porque no había para una sola persona, a la que me cambiaron, el lavamanos del baño, no tenía sifón, las conexiones de energía bastante deterioradas, no me pareció que calidad precio guardaran cierta proporción
