Pros:

This is not a hotel and being listed as a hotel. Apartment is very small, bed was terrible we had to use the mattress to sleep on the floor.

Anniversary stay
Pros:

We arrived and found the room was good. The carpets could be replaced to have a more clean feel and when we got there and opened the freezer there was a rotisserie chicken and some exploded soda cans inside. I sent photos and they apoligized but didnt offer to send anyone to clean it.
The rental also lists that they provided a few laundry pods, which were not restocked. We didnt want to go buy a whole bag just for one load so we just washed at home after the trip.
Bed was comfortable
Views were great
Within walking distance to waikiki beach and all the good restraunts and shops.

Peacock Suite at Waikiki Place
Pros:

The condo is comfortable and in a great location. The bed is *really* comfortable. The fact that the condo comes with a parking space is great. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but we knew that -- it's the heart of Waikiki, and nearly everywhere in Waikiki is noisy if you leave your lanai door open. No problem sleeping if we closed the door and turned on the a/c. The kitchen is mostly well appointed -- we made lunch there most days and dinner a few times -- though we couldn't find a cutting board (we bought cutting mats at Wal-Mart) and the new microwave had not yet been installed (it was sitting on the counter). Could use a few more spoons and smaller bowls. These are all minor things, and I would stay here again if we return. One unexpected plus: it's a friendly building, we had some nice interactions with other guests and residents on the elevator.

Comfortable High Rise Living
Pros:

Very convenient location in Waikiki, with a pretty view of the city and the ocean in distance. It was wonderful having a free designated parking spot so you did not have to worry about finding parking in the city! It was very walkable to stores, restaurants and beach. There were very detailed instructions provided that made check in/out very easy. One of the comfiest beds/pillows that we have ever experienced on a stay.
The only thing broken was the curtain was broken/off the track so my husband had to get on a chair to be able to open and close it.

Pros:

The property was located in a perfect area you could walk everywhere. The beach was right there. The only thing I would say negative would be being on the 17th floor surprisingly it was very loud a lot of street noise. The unit itself could use a little bit of updating such as the pots in the pans.

Pros:

Great price, great location, attentive hosts, and the property was clean and decorated in a really fun way. Add on to that how you are only blocks from the beach and this is an amazing place for a couple on vacation. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for access to the beach, high ways and to the food options. Complementary parking is essential for us. Brian and the management team was easy to reach and responsive with all my questions. The step by step check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.

Place was great, however the shower situation could really use a fix. Tip toeing around the shower head not being adjustable doesn’t bring ease to a necessity item! Other than that, the place was great.
