nice peaceful holiday.
Pros:

the views and setting are excellent as is the breakfast (in comparison to other b&b's in greece) my room and the hotel were kept very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Having a sun lounger and parasol on the private beach included in the price is great (saves you 10 - 15 euros a day).The whole experience was nice and laid back.
If you want a peaceful holiday in a great setting i'd definitley give it a try.

Cons:

The only problem I found is that unless you hire a car (or taxi) your kind of stuck there .There is nothing else around there so your forced to eat at the restraunt and purchase drinks from the bar which starts to get expensive.I did'nt find any mini markets close by and walking on the busy road is not for the faint hearted.

Hôtel un peu loin de sites touristiques mais très bien pour demain compresser.

Pros:

Het restaurant is heel goed en het uitzicht op zee prachtig. Het strand is ook fijn voor een frisse ochtendduik.

Cons:

De badkamer mag wat groter.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, man hatte uns einen Parkplatz reserviert. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt, ideal für eine frühe Abfahrt ab Piraeus.

Last minute stay for sea access after trip to Athens. Would stay again.
Pros:

I booked this hotel after being in Athens a couple of weeks and wanted to stay somewhere near the sea but was conveniently close for travel from Athens without the hassle of going to the islands via a ferry.
The location close to Athens and airport (an hour) and direct access to the sea is what prompted me to stay, I booked very last minute. The rooms are basic but clean. The beds are super comfortable and bedding nice , feels expensive.
Really enjoyed the balcony.
Due to last minute booking I had two rooms booked , both similar. The hotel were very proactive in getting the second room ready quickly. This was very much appreciated and not expected. So thank you.
The communal areas are nice, as is the restaurant area. Feels more upscale than the rooms.
I think the hotel was at capacity , and it didn’t feel busy at all. Plenty of sun loungers on beach. Loads of tables in restaurant. It was very relaxing and chilled out stay. Access to the sea was lovely. The staff were friendly.

I did not have breakfast but lunch / dinner was good though limited lunch menu.

Oh and they did bar service to the beach. Waiter super friendly and regular checks if anyone wanted anything.

It was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

You need a car for area , as there is nothing within walking distance . It’s a main road , I walked this and would not recommend.
I’m not sure there is anything close by either, so it’s a stay for the hotel and its access to sea.
Though I think uber is available which was convenient.
The plastic sun loungers on the beach. The hotel would feel much higher end with different loungers. They’re functional but the hotel would have different vibe with better loungers.

Fabulous hotel near Athens.
Pros:

Fabulous location with beautiful private beach. Breakfast was indoors. Dinner was great value with an amazing view. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very romantic
