Cons:

The rooms are below the standard expected for a hotel of this quality. If they were renovated or maintained to a higher standard, this would be a perfect hotel. Everything else was excellent.

ήσυχη τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο, αξιοπρεπές πρωινό.

Cons:

μέτρια/κακή παραλία, δύσχρηστο μπάνιο, ακριβό γι αυτό που προσφέρει και απαράδεκτο να τιμολογείς το club sandwich σε χαρτόκουτο 14€ για να το φας στο δωματιο ή στην παραλία αφού δεν σερβιρούν στο καφε μπαρ εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου.

Posizione con accesso privato alla spiaggia organizzata a disposizione dei clienti. Terrazza ristorante vista mare. Cortesia del personale.

Cons:

La camera ed il bagno sono un po’ datati ma per una sola notte ci si può accontentare. Di sicuro la scelta di un alloggio vista mare e non parcheggio fa la differenza sulla godibilità del soggiorno.

Small hotel in an exceptional location.
Pros:

We stayed one night in this little hotel on our way back to Athens. It was perfect for a one-night stay: the room was comortable and we had a lovely balcony with an incredible 180° view over the sea. We were also able to make use of the hotel's beach right on the sea front. We had lunch there, which was OK but nothing special and rather expensive. We also had breakfast, which was absolutely fine.

I like it, will come again.
Pros:

I use that hotel often when I travel from coast to coast, normally on the way towards Piraeus. Every time I think "why do I take another ferry to go to the islands, this place is actually very nice". Good restaurant, friendly staff, own beach, beautiful view.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was excellent with a beautiful sea view. Waking up to that view every morning was a wonderful way to start the day.

The hotel has its own private beach, just a short walk away, making it a great place to relax and spend time by the sea.

The breakfast is very good, and you can enjoy it outside while taking in the beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding greenery. One of the highlights was watching the turtles roaming freely around the garden, happily munching on vegetables offered by the guests.

There is plenty of free parking available at the hotel.

The location is excellent, perfectly situated between Athens Airport and the Peloponnese. It's an ideal place to spend a night before continuing your journey.

Cons:

There were quite a lot of flies in the breakfast area, both indoors and outside. It may have been because of the unusually hot weather during our stay, or perhaps there are simply more flies in that area.

We arrived for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended, and several items had already run out, so we had to ask for them. It was a bit disappointing, although the staff happily brought us everything we requested.

Très joli hôtel avec chambre vue sur la mer et terrasse avec transat. plage privée et restaurant attenant. Nous avons pu avoir un petit déjeuner anticipé afin de partir à l’aeroport, c’était très agréable. Après midi détente à la plage puis restaurant sur place. Parfait avant de reprendre la route
