It is in industrial area. There is no proper place to eat .Too far from downtown.

Pros:

Not an accurate description of the hotel. It is not near any tourist attractions and once you arrive there is nothing to do. The hotel did not have my reservation and was not clean.

Pros:

They had no idea they even had an account with hotels.com and didn't have our reservation. Then continued to fight with us about paying. Room was dirty with dirty handprints and gum on the walls. Our shower leaked and flooded our bathroom every time we showered and the toilet seat was non existent. We felt outta place being the only English speaking couple and the neighborhood was very dangerous. Would not recommend this place if you are a tourist.

Gross misrepresentation of facilities.
Pros:

Selected this hotel because it boasted an outside pool, a terrace and a restaurant. Decided that it was worth being a taxi ride from the centre just to have these facilities.
However, after a fourty minute ride from the airport becuase the taxi driver got lost and did not lnow the hotel or the area. Cost me 30,000 COP when it should have been no more than 15,000 COP. On arrival I find that there is no pool, no Terrace and no Restaurant. My room had no outside looking window and smelt damp. Although the ladies running the services tried, there is only so much you can do with a run down hotel in need of some upgrading. All in all a terrible experience and I advise that this hotel should be taken off of the Hotels.com list until it provides a true description of its condition and amenities. Avoid this hotel and save yourself a lot of grief.
