Close to the beach

Quiet area. Tentative staff. Clean.

The place was nice and quiet and when we were there there weren't a lot of people so it was like we had the whole place for us, The beach was nice (I wish I had a boat lol) I really liked it good value for money, I will go back in the future.

We stayed at juanmar for 1 night as a quick getaway from the city during our 1 week trip to cartagena. Pro's: the staff and the owners were absolutely wonderful and very warm and welcoming. During our stay the hotel and the town of Santa Veronica were not very busy, traveling as a couple looking for a quiet place this was ideal. We had a private beach and hotel nearly to ourselves. The cool ocean breeze was a nice break from the heat in the city. The location was great, a short distance from the main beach town with nice restaurants and ocean views. The food service at the hotel itself was also delicious and well priced. Cons: rooms are a bit small and no television if thats your thing, wifi good in the common area, not so good in the rooms. Thanks to our hosts for welcoming us and hope to return.

I stay here often. Its great value for the money. I highly recommend it.

The Beachfront room is very nice. Fresh breeze all day. Friendly owner and good food in their own restaurant. We had aroz con mariscos and patacones. Great experience!

Very nice and friendly place, ideal for kite surfers :-) The owners Maria and Elkan offered a great service and supported us a lot with transport etc. The cuisine served delicious fish meals and the breakfast was great too. Clean place, rooms were cleanded every day. I can recommend this hotel one hundred percent.
