A Refined Retreat Surrounded by Nature

Our stay was truly delightful from start to finish. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The surrounding natural landscape was absolutely beautiful—lush, serene, and a true highlight of the experience.

The service overall was warm and professional. During our time in the restaurant, we met a Chinese lady in a suit (unfortunately we did not manage to catch her name) who shared helpful information about nearby attractions as well as the shuttle bus service, which added convenience to our stay.

Breakfast was equally enjoyable. As for a small note of improvement, we were informed about the restaurant dress code (no tank tops allowed), and my daughter’s sleeveless halter neck attire was also addressed. While we fully respect the policy, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated during check-in for better preparation. Similarly, the availability of the shuttle service would be beneficial to highlight upon arrival, as we only came to know of it later.

Overall, it was a refined and enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciated the experience. We would gladly return.

Due to the location (nothing in direct vicinity except perhaps few residences), this hotel seems to cater mainly to company events, meetings and weddings.

Staff is generally warm with smiles everywhere. The mini bar is complimentary at check-in. There is a large barrel of mineral water for you to dispense as much as you like. WiFi throughout the property does not need a password. Breakfast was above average - note that all the coffee machines were very slow. Air-con was strong, but a tad noisy.

The chief problems are about the hardware. The age and relative lack of regular maintenance shows through:
- my in-room safe was faulty
- the packet that contains my room keys has TWO different room numbers on it (obviously it was reused)
- my closet light was faulty (in the sense that it won’t switch off when doors were closed; to speak a word of fairness, the reception sent help quite quickly to permanently switch off those faulty lights)
- my conditioner ran out by the second night
- my room pillows were way too soft; and the hotel did NOT have a neck support pillow
- toiletries did not have a shaver (luckily I brought my own!)
- the quality of slippers was terrible (luckily I brought my own disposable ones)
- there’s a strange smell in my bathroom that I still cannot figure out what it is
- the lift sensor for the room key card is pretty slow (so please be patient!)

Anytime we have corporate visitors we stay here, always pleasant, the food is great, I recommend the 15th floor. Sartika in the Bella Vita was very helpful and friendly!

We had an overall great day at Wyndham Panbil Batam! My family truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was a perfect spot for a quick getaway. We’ll definitely be back! We met friendly staff like Felicia too.

Pleasantly decorated classy room, with first day br items free and a whole huge water container on tap for drinking. The Korean-Japanese restaurant Arirang and 15th Floor rooftop bar with Italian fare serves good food that will save you a trip out for more time at the pool / spa.

We love the location. It is convenient. And level 2 pool Sartika is great.

First time staying here and it definitely won’t be my last. I love the infrastructure and the presence of a salon and spa is a big plus. It would be even better if there were more shops like a convenience store or bakery. Dinner and breakfast had good variety, but the taste could be improved. Served by GRO Nuna and Fitri was top notch

Had an amazing experience. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Specially Robert, Felix, Apriadi, Andri, Rozi and Perdi not forgetting the staff who prepared the omelette during breakfast buffet. Great experience highly recommended for anyone who is making a trip to Batam Island.

My recent stay at Wyndham Panbil Batam was truly memorable, and a significant part of that wonderful experience was the exceptional service provided by Mutia and Fitri. From the moment I arrived, both of them demonstrated outstanding professionalism, genuine warmth, and a level of hospitality that exceeded my expectations.

Mutia greeted me with a welcoming smile and handled the check-in process smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with every request made me feel immediately comfortable and valued as a guest. She was incredibly helpful in providing information and ensuring that everything during my stay was perfectly arranged.

Fitri was equally remarkable. Her friendly attitude and proactive approach reflected a true passion for hospitality. She took the initiative to make sure my needs were met and consistently showed kindness and patience. Every interaction with her was pleasant, and her dedication to delivering excellent service did not go unnoticed.

What impressed me the most was the synergy between Mutia and Fitri. Their teamwork, professionalism, and sincere care for guests truly reflect the high standards of service at the hotel. They are outstanding representatives of the hospitality spirit, and their efforts made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. I look forward to returning again in the future.

The hotel was great. The front of house staff was fabulous, especially Felicia, Nuna and Bila.

second time visiting here I brought my friend over for a short vacation,still I'm impressed with the service and the atmosphere. This time I came during the Ramadhan season we had a lot fun enjoying the iftar dinner and the live band through out the night . Again thank to Felicia which I'm surprised still here🤣😅 giving a wonderful service by always making sure we're comfortable during our stay! Stayed in the hotel to celebrate new years with the wife and qe had a wonderful stay. The staffs were all very friendly throughout the stayed and was willing to hellp at any given point in time. Will definitwly recommend to others. Cant wait to come again.

This is indeed a great hotel which i can give the best review. From the front entrance. Lobby managers and staffs, servers, bellboys, etc... all are just great service given by them. Even tho its my 1st time staying here they are treating us as a very special person with great hospitality. Thanks to all the staff. And new year eve is just great hosted by the staffs and the buffet dinner was so deliciouso which i cant explain. Thanks staffs will definately come back again.....

Great atmosphere, very good service! Received great service from Luciana during our breakfast on the 5th day :) Rooms are great as well, very clean and they have good amenities. Loved my stay!

Great hotel and hospitality , and the breakfast was great too, but it could have been great if the refrigerator really does it purpose. It’s not that cold and that ticks me a bit.
