Неплохая недорогая гостишка.
Pros:

По соотношению цена/качество - все 100%. Не идеал. но за свои деньги претензий ноль. Приветливый персонал, простой, но аккуратный и чистый номер, общая кухня, гостиная, закрытая территория для парковки.
Два косяка, и то один не по их вине: 1) указанный в описании телефон не работает, и это очень настораживает. 2) Гугл-навигатор вёл туда нереально запутанной дорогой, что в совокупности с неработающим телефоном после 10 минут кружения по тёмным переулкам уже наводило на невесёлые мысли о каком-то попадалове. В итоге всё-таки нашли, как оказалось, местоположение вполне нормальное, а Яндекс-карты туда выводят очень легко, без блужданий и десятков кругов по бездорожью.

Pros:

Номер достался отличный-уютный и очень теплый, пришлось даже окна открывать в ноябре. А вот про сам отель чувства двоякие-находится далеко и подъезд к нему не ахти, но нас это не испугало, машина выручит. Пешком, конечно, некомфортно, думаю. Кругом стройки, в будущем наверно там все устаканится и будет неплохой район. В доме полно постояльцев одной национальности, наверно все там давно живут, по крайней мере-в туалет с утра не попасть, надо ловить, когда освободится, санузлов явно маловато на такое количество народу. Причем с других этажей тоже поднимались к нам в санузел. Пол там весь мокрый после душа-ступить негде, тапочки промокли. Но за все неудобства достаточно низкая цена по сравнению с другими отелями, так что-простительно.

Pros:

Новый, поэтому свежий гостевой дом, вежливое обслуживание, удобная кухня. В общем номере - кровати со шторками, можно спрятаться от соседей. Но вот район страшненький, до вокзала и автовокзала далековато, до центра и набережной - просто далеко, пешком неудобно. Для тех, кто на машине - это не проблема, рядом с домом есть парковка
