Pros:

Не понаслышке зная воронежские пробки, я искал отель на нужном берегу реки и нашел "НеЧаев".
Немного смутил бильярд в одном помещении со стойкой регистрации))
Но сам отель находится в помещении рядом, с отдельным входом с улицы. В целом, всё хорошо: тихо, спокойно, кондиционер работает, завтраки вполне хорошие. В моем номере была скрипучая кровать - вот и всё, к чему можно придраться. Номер большой, окнами выходит во двор.

Pros:

Когда подъезжали вечером (19.12.2019) к отелю было страшновато: само место в смешанной старой жилой и промышленной застроек. Но сам отель понравился - за умеренные деньги достаточно комфортно. Порадовали белоснежные мягкие полотенца и постельное белье. На завтрак большой выбор блюд, качество нормальное. В целом все отлично!

Очень добротная гостиница. Особенно хотелось бы отметить комфортные матрацы! Ну и, конечно, хорошие, вкусные завтраки!

удобный отель для ночевки по дороге на Черное море
Pros:

Отель для ночевки на Юг. Персонал не умеет даже здороваться. Номер соответствует фото. Но на три звезды не тянет. Матрас ужасный. Весь холодильник забит выпивкой и ерундой. Но при этом не чайника ни кружек нет. Завтрак - есть можно.
