Pros:

Velmi děkujeme za báječné ubytování v nádherné přírodě. Velké plus dáváme milému, ochotnému a vstřícnému personálu. Pokoje hezké a s dobrými pohodlnými postelemi, bez TV dodávají celému místu klidnou atmosféru. Snídaně s výhledem na zasněžené vrcholky hor byly nezapomenutelné. Co bychom uvítali navíc je malá příruční lednice, ale jinak bylo vše naprosto báječné.

Quiet accommodation just outside of Innsbruck
Pros:

I usually stay at a Gasthof/Landshof just outside of the city I am visiting. This is exactly what I had expected. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was good. The dinner was also very good. I like the quietness of the location as it outside of the city center but also close enough that its only 15-20mins away from Innsbruck.

Avoid!
Cons:

Old, unloved building. Bedroom with spartan furniture and very thin curtains. Dingy bathroom from 1960s.
Unhelpful owner who offered dinner until Booking had taken the money, and then said it wasn’t possible. I felt I’d been conned.
Very overpriced.
Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 10 years. Very sad as it is in a beautiful location.

Our stay lasted 15 minutes - then we were told , that NO room was available for us !
Pros:

Owners were extremely unprofessional , aggressive +unfriendlyl
Denied us the booked +confirmed rooms -
and suggested to go to the HILTON in Innsbruck -
or somewhere else.......
That , the HILTON , was an excellent choice !

Cons:

tHE OWNERS ATTITUDE -were not willing to accommodate me, a slightly handicapped man .WERE NOT WILING TO ACCEPT us for a Dinner reservation !
Blamed us - once we accepted to leave - for the LOSS of 2Nite's income !!

But - ultimately they did refund ( thru booking.com ) our prepaid payment .
That was the only POSITIVE thing at this location !

The staff was extremely friendly, many options for breakfast, exceptional location for sightseeing as well as skiing and other winter sports. I'd recommend everyone this place for a stay :)

La vista dal balcone della camera... meravigliosa!
Camera spaziosa e pulita; colazione ottima con prodotti locali.
Proprietari molto gentili, parlava bene anche l'italiano e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare.
