Hotel is nice, staff are polite but no experience
Pros:

Me and my wife were travelling from Hurghada and decided to stay over for the night to rest and continue our journey in the morning, I carry Egyptian passport but living 10 years in Europe and have European wife, the hotel staff was not familiar with the civil marriage documentation which i had and they requested special stamp on it, i explained them that foreigners marriage does not need the mentioned stamp (5etm el nesr) because its civil marriage. the staff was inexperienced and claimed its not allowed etc. We both were tired from the trip after 7 hours of driving so i told him you have 3 options (1) you refund my money (i have already paid through expedia) 2. you let us stay 3. you give us two separate rooms. - he said he can't refund me and if i want 2 rooms then i need to pay for it. luckily after waiting for 30 mins, he made some calls; he then allowed us to stay. and that is the only reason why i did not give bad review.

Pros:

We stayed one day in the hotel and our room was not clean, dirty towels and there is leak of water from the shower. No wifi all day, and the stuff is not professional atall.

Lovely hotel on top af seaside mountain
Pros:

Unique experience in Egypt, small comfy hotel with spectacular view. Pool in top of the mountain overlooking the sea. You go down by telefrique :)
