Reason I booked the hotel because I got to know that there’s free shutter to a few places. But turns out need to booked, and claim to be full. And the timing gap was long (etc 11am, 2pm). And the swimming pool was renovated, another reason I booked the hotel because of the kids pool. But it was on renovation.

Pros:

The size of the room(deluxe) was good for my family.
Bed and pillows are comfortable for sleep

Cons:

Inconsistent amenities. One room has no amenities (toothpaste/toothbrush/comb) and the other room has no tissue in the tissue box.
Fridge in both room are not working.
Will be good if the breakfast quality can be improved

Pros:

Clean. Upon entering the hotel has a nice clean smell. Staff at check in was very friendly n polite.

Good, Quiet,comfortable stay near Nagoya Hills
Pros:

Mid way between the ferry terminal, night life and Nagoya hills. Good roof top bar, and the room was pretty comfortable (apart from the mold on the ceiling in the shower)

Cons:

Restaurants are closed for lunch. The vending machine does not take cards, and you need to pay for buckets of ice.
Small issues, but they do matter after a while
