The bed was quite comfortable , the room was spacious and well cleaned , the breakfast was filling abd delicious . And the staff was much helpful
L'hôtel Ibis Rabat Agdal est mon lieu de séjour depuis décembre 2022. En ma qualité de président de l'Association des traducteurs assermentés ATAJ de 2022 à 2026, toutes nos réunions se déroulaient au 1er éage de cet établissement. Tout est impeccable.
Le personnel est très aimable et accuiellant.
Je salue ici Maître d'hôtel Monsieur SAID - Restaurant - qui est attentif à tous les clients et qui nous acuielle chaleureusement lors de chaque passage à l'hôtel. Cette personne est exemplaire et irremplacable.
Je tiens à saluer également le jeune Mehdi de la réception qui, avec son sourire, habituel, me donne envie de revenir des fois et des fois à cet hôtel.

Location: The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient.
Staff: The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, providing good service throughout the stay.
Room: The room size was relatively small and felt cramped for two people.
Cleanliness: There was a persistent unpleasant odour inside the room throughout my stay, which significantly affected the overall comfort.
Breakfast: The breakfast quality was disappointing. The milk tasted as though it had been diluted with water and lacked its normal flavour. The coffee was poor, and the vegetables did not appear fresh. Overall, the breakfast experience was well below expectations and requires significant improvement.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, starting from the front desk agent in the early morning hours when I arrived (I forgot his name), until the front desk agent when I checked out (Ms. Insaf). In general, this is a good Ibis-Hotel - maybe not the best one, but definitely a good one.
The tables in the breakfast room should be separated again, like they had been in the past. That allows for more privacy during breakfast.
