I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great facilities, including an indoors pool and a delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommend and will return!

Nice hotel and nice room.
Very friendly check in which was also very efficient.
Room was very nice - great comfy bed, spacious wardrobes and desk space. Bathroom very nice with nice rain and hand held shower options. Seating area also within shower enclosure.
Bathrobes and towels a plenty.
Room service very limited options and breakfast was also underwhelming / there is an egg station, hot local food options and cold meat cuts and salads and breads. No real international options available at breakfast.
Housekeeping very efficient and did a great job.
Hotel in good location for food options available around. Nice bar on 14th floor.
Would have been five stars if a better breakfast/room service options.

The View hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect . The service was impeccable , the staff was friendly and attentive , and the breathtaking scenery truly lived up to its name . A remarkable experience that I would highly recommend it !

Lovely, clean, modern hotel about 20 mins from the chaos of the old Town. Nice rooms, great toiletries, comfortable beds and pillows. A bit noisy so ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Amazing breakfast spread of Western and Moroccan food. A pool, I didn't use.

the prices r not worth the service to be honest so high but I like how they treat customers and the hygenes is good I liked the food and all but I still see that the prices are not reasonnable but still a good exp

recently stayed at the View, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude unprofessional and unhelpful, and the service was slow and inefficient.

When I checked in, the receptionist was very dismissive and didn't even look up when I spoke to her. She didn't greet me or offer me a welcome drink or even a smile. She didn't explain to me about the hotel facilities where they serve breakfast or show me the way to the elevator, and she gave me a different room from the one I booked and paid extra to have it. When I went back there, I found her colleague, Mounir, and he told me to wait in my room for 10 minutes, and they would prepare my room. I had to wait over an hour for a space to become available. And no one showed up.

The next morning, I went down to the breakfast buffet. The food was cold and there was no variety. The staff was also very rude.
They don't know how to smile or say good morning to the guests.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I visited the hotel this week the service was phenomenal I really liked it here. I it's a real 5 stars hotel big thanks to moad from the reception for his help and professionalism. Le bar aussi avais une très belle vue. Et le SPA était vraiment bien. Je vais revenir sûrement à cette hôtel

Wonderful place. Perfect in every sense. Very professional staff. Ask for mourad or basma at reception! Super helpful and informative. Will stay again and highly recommend! Convenient location only a 5-7 min car ride from the main train station that brings you in from Casa.

Good position, good room size and amenities...and this is where the positive things stop. Long process in check in/check out, surprisingly rude staff. The worse is the food, I really advise everybody to eat outside.

I had the most amazing stay at The View hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was wonderful and clean and the restaurants in the hotel were incredible!

The View restaurant was so good we ate there two nights. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and kind and great at recommending choices on the menu. Thank you to Youseff and Ayoub for their impeccable service and kindness.
And the view is outstanding, especially watching the sun set.

Breakfast every day was wonderful, all kinds of choices in the buffet and made to order omelets and even freshly squeezed orange juice.

We also tried the spa while there, the Hammam was relaxing and wonderful.
I hope to be back one day, this was one of the best hotels ever! We felt like family after only 4 nights at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The View looks fancy at first glance, but then one notices some imperfections. The "legend" rooms are decently sized with a king bed. A translucent glass window between the shower and the bedroom gives your partner a great view of you bathing. During our 5-day stay, the heat could not be turned off. Other guests said they had the same problem in their rooms.The surface of our ironing board was loose and would not stay horizontal as we moved the iron on top of it. Fortunately the staff are all kind and friendly if sometimes slow. It took 3 requests over 2 days to get someone to fix the tv. Breakfast is very good, especially the delicious pastries. Hot and cold dishes of all kinds as well as an omelette bar are available, as are freshly squeezed fruit juices. The neighborhood is pleasant but far from attractions. It's an ok place to stay if you have business meetings in the vicinity.
