Pros:

スタッフは親切です。
フレンドリーに話てくれて、タクシーも素早く呼んでくれます。
ホテルも清潔感あります。
ただ、ドライヤーが無かったのと、シャワーがぬるま湯で寒すぎました。そこが残念。
ドライヤーはフロントに言えば貸してもらえますが、“明日なら貸せる”と言うことなので、早めに言ったほうがいいです。
あと外観が一見ホテルには見えにくいです。
ストリートビューなど、確認していった方がいいと思います。

中心部からはわずかに遠いがバスを使えば問題ないです
Pros:

場所は中央広場から頻繁に来るバス(31系統)で20分ぐらい（23ルーブル）でさほど距離を感じません｡但し非常に混んでいるため始発のウラジオストク駅からなら座れます｡
バス停から寂しく暗い道を5分歩くと到着します｡フロントはどの人も無愛想（ロシア人はだいたいそうです）
ダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが､部屋は２部屋に分かれておりミニリビングと寝室に分かれています｡
バスはカプセルみたいなタイプでシャワーの出が悪く、朝に湯が出ない日もありました。
ミネラルウォーターは廊下にウォーターサーバーあり｡部屋にはなし｡ドライヤーは壊れていました｡
歯ブラシやスリッパあり｡朝食はバイキングタイプですが品数が少ないですが3泊しましたが内容は微妙に変化あり｡味はまあまあで特に問題なし。
最後に周りの環境ですが、周囲の立地がよくわからないのですが夜にバスが入ってきたりトラックが入ってきたり近くで夜中でもわずかにプラスチック臭がする煙が上がっていたりよくわからないところです。寝る時も音がしますが窓を閉めれば気になりません。
バス停近くに深夜までやっている中型のマーケットや飲食店もありドミトリーでは嫌だ、教養バスでは嫌だという人はこのホテルは朝食付きで安く泊まれますのでうまく使えばお勧めです。
但し女性一人は暗い場所もありますので気を付けたほうが良いです。

Pros:

The room was good for the price. It was small but exactly as described. The girl at check in was not friendly or helpful but the staff the rest of our stay was. The breakfast was disappointing. Usually cold when some of it should have been hot and they did not restock it. We just bought stuff from the nearby market as the room had a fridge and kettle.

Too Far Away From Town Center
Pros:

This hotel had an excellent staff and a wonderful breakfast. However, it is not near the town center and in a very depressing area.
