La habitación no tenía ventana.

Deterioro de las instalaciones, falta limpieza, ducha tapada, desayuno muy básico y no había ni secador de cabello ni plancha desayuno ropa en la habitación. Muy costoso para la calidad del lugar.
We had a great time! We traveled with a big crew from all over the world for my wedding. Their service and flexibility was exceptional. I am very grateful to Casablanca for this amazing experience <3

La habitación y las Toallas muy limpias, al igual que las camas, el personal amable, respetuoso, atento, el desayuno estaba bastante bien.
El cifón o desagüe del lavamanos estaba tapado, no funcionaba y una de las luces (la principal) de la habitación estaba dañada
Comodidad, servicio y todo
La habitación estaba cerca a la zona de motores de los aires acondicionados y sonaba muy duro, si se tiene sueño liviano no es la opción.
La atencion,amabilidad y servicio del personal de recepcion.ademas las habitaciones amplias y comodas.
El personal muy amable y dispuestos, localización accesible a todo . Hotel limpio y buen servicio. 😉
Que se tapaba el desague de la ducha y no salia agua caliente.
