Lovely stay in the mountains of Salento

La relación costo extremadamente costoso para lo q ofrece, las habitaciones huelen feo a húmedo siempre, no cambian las toallas y el aseo de las habitaciones muy regular tirando a mal.

Pesimo servicio por parte del personal. Hice la reserva y cuando llegue a las 10 pm, que les habia escrito para confirmar que llegaba a esa hora y me contestaron confirmando y diciendo que no habia problema. Me dijeron que hubo un error y no saben porque me dejo reservar si ellos estaban full. La señora de recepcion empaco sus cosas y se fue, dejandonos casi que tirados en la calle a las 10 de la noche, un viernes con festivo en Salento (imposible casi de conseguir otro alojamiento a esa hora). Su respuesta fue simplemente que fue un error y no le importo.

La posizione, l’affaccio sul giardino e il tavolino fuori nel ballatoio comune, la pulizia

Cons:

Colazione sufficiente a livello di gusto ma poca scelta. Staff per niente cordiale, pagamento solo in contanti, servizio lavanderia che c’era ma non è stato possibile usufruirne. Non ci siamo trovati per niente a casa, tutte queste recensioni positive non so da dove vengano

In all of our accomodations in colombia so far the staff was was always very helpful and friendly, but in this hotel you feel like the staff is just doing the necessary work and no more, very low service orientation towards us, breakfast was okay but nothing special
