Great central hotel
Pros:

The relaxed atmosphere and the very helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Big egg selection cooked on request.
We would defo stay again.
Also a big shout out to Charlon who gave us all the tourist info required and helped get us a hire car when it was proving difficult.

Pros:

First, we were very lucky to be staying at the Duke during the recent power cut in Gozo. The hotel was one of the rare establishments which were not affected on the island and this was much welcome especially with the 40+ degree heat.

Also, despite not having plant-based options available initially for breakfast, the staff went out of their way to get us a several plant-based items every morning (vegan sausages, pancakes, Alpro yogurt, among others). Overall, the service was impeccable, the staff is extremely polite and efficient, and the location is ideal. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Czystość, ładny pokój, wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia były dostępne, lokalizacja w centrum, bardzo miły personel, ładne widoki z okna w restauracji i dobry supermarket na poziomie -1

Cons:

Może to, że za oknem słychać było buczące klimatyzatory, ale hałas nie był na tyle uciążliwy, żeby zakłócał sen.

The property is century located and The rooms are modern clean and beautifully laid out. The staff were always incredibly helpful and the breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

Ypperlig velkomst. Ble fortalt om mange muligheter for utflukter og severdigheter. Sentralt plassert med kort vei til bussholdeplassen hvor alle bussene til alle kanter av øya starter.

Cons:

Svært variabelt kompetansenivå og serviceinnstilling hos de ansatte. Fra ypperlig til heller skuffende. Litt rot med kjøp av båtbilletter. Synes nok at en presidentsuite bør ha utsikt utover å se inn til naboen over gaten og bygg under oppussing. Ingen sikt til borgen fra basseng eller rom. Aircondition blåser rett på sengen, og det opplevdes generende. Men anlegget har god effekt og holder rommet nesten vel kaldt.

Spacious, clean & central
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in a spacious & clean room. A short walk uphill to the beautiful old town of Victoria. Fabulous base for exploring Gozo by car & parking underground was convenient. Lovely breakfast room looking out to the Citadel. The outdoor spa on the balcony was a bit of luxury. The shopping centre underneath was also handy.
