Charming Staff
Pros:

The front desk staff was wonderful and enhanced our enjoyment. They were friendly, offered great restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us as well. The jacuzzi was a nice option. Overall, we loved the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. I'd suggest less options and doing those options well. If you want the secured parking, it's a winding 4 stories underground with a stoplight to tell you when it's safe to go since it's one-way at a time. We limited our going in and out via car due to the experience, including having to wait as parking is not just for the hotel (shopping mall and grocery store).

Un très bon point de départ pour découvrir Gozo
Pros:

Notre chambre était propre, relativement spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le lit était très confortable. Il y a un coffre, du café, de grandes penderies. Nous avions également une belle salle de douche.
Le staff est très agréable et sympathique, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Nous avons reçu d'excellents conseils pour des balades dans l'île et de bonnes adresses pour manger.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre côté arrière, et bien qu'une petite terrasse était accessible, la chambre manquait un peu de lumière naturelle. La porte ne filtrait pas les bruits du couloir, mais heureusement l'hotel était très calme

Fantastic Stay at the Duke Boutique Hotel—Already Planning Our Return!
Pros:

Had a wonderful two-week stay at the Duke Boutique Hotel in Victoria. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and courteous throughout our visit. The breakfast provided was lovely, and one of the best parts was the beautiful view of the Cittadella, in the morning and at night. We also loved the veranda overlooking the Villa Rundle Gardens—especially during Christmas, when the gardens were beautifully lit and festive.

The only minor downside was that Christmas music was played from the morning until around 8:00 p.m., and it would have been nice if the event organizers had kept the volume a bit lower. However, if you enjoy continuous holiday music, it may not bother you at all. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already planning to return in 2027 for three to four weeks!
