Location near the grand Batam mall can walk that's all

The bed not comfortable for sleep like century to old so the price are too hight

no slipper when I came all the sink for shower are stuck after shower water slow go and also wastafel wash hand water slow to go stuck also

The room I wanted us queen with window but than when i came it's no window
Dissappinted when I want o extra 1 day I wanted the woom with window still they no gave so I moved to other hotel

we went down at 7.30am and the food was gone. waited almost 30 minutes and they served noodles that were cooked with only soy sauce. while the dining area was dirty and messy.
