Pros:

Location molto comoda per raggiungere il centro pedonale di Ortigia a due minuti a piedi. Ordine colazione e staff super accogliente e cordiale

Cons:

La struttura di per sé è molto curata ma purtroppo le camere standard sono davvero molto essenziali e spoglie

我们找了一圈吃的，最后还是决定打包到酒店吃，最后当晚工作人员同意我们在餐厅吃的，还一起帮收拾残局，非常感谢美丽的前台卷发小姐姐。

Pros:

在楼下找到了一个免费停车位！餐厅环境不错，面对市政公园，可惜顶楼的露台冬季不开。离老城相对比较近，带着老人走几步路尚在可承受范围。酒店设施很新，住着比较舒适。

Cons:

早餐很精致，但样式可以再多些，煎蛋、蛋饼都要单算钱对于这个水平的酒店有些小气了。房间全都朝天井，一点风景都没看到。

Pros:

The location is convenient, the bed is comfortable. I was in a junior suite and it was a big, very clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

I couldn’t open the windows. Two of the four windows were locked and the handles of the remaining two were not working properly. As a result, there was very little airflow in the room.
In the bathroom (separated from the room by a sliding glass door), it was impossible to switch off all the lights. In general, the room had no less than 10 light sources and it was not obvious how to switch them off at night.
Really bad was the champagne refrigerated box: I found how to switch the light off but the refrigerator was very noisy at night.
Last but not least, the mattress was comfortable but the linen and cover were very short with respect to the position of the body on the bed.
The amenities were basic and not really in line with a five star hotel.
Also, the breakfast was basic and to have a fresh orange juice you have to pay an extra 4 euros!
Finally I had regularly problems with my key card. The door would not open.

Moc příjemný hotel na dobré adrese
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, milý personál. Pokoj hezký, prostorný, postele velmi pohodlné. Měli jsme “junior apartmá”. Náš pejsek byl v hotelu vítán. Platí se pouze jednorázový poplatek za pejska. V hotelu je příjemná zážitková restaurace. V okolí najdete také mnoho dalších skvělých restaurací. Je z čeho vybírat. Další místo, kam se rádi vrátíme.
