Struttura eccellente
Pros:

Struttura posizionata a poca distanza da Ortigia la quale si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Colazione eccellente.

Loved it.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional; polite, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The rooms were immaculate and beds comfy. We were even given a free upgrade!! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk into Ortigia, and off the main road so it was very quiet at night. It was also only 5/10 minute walk from the train station. 10/10 would happily stay again.

While the staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel shows some signs of aging.
Pros:

Hotel is situated a quick walk from Ortigia Island where most of the restaurants and bars are at.

Cons:

The initial room I received had all frosted windows making it impossible to see outside (room was facing an inner courtyard), this was not something that was specified in the description of the room. The reception staff was very kind and helped me switch to another room that had regular windows - still overlooking an inner courtyard.
The rooms showed visible signs of wear an tear - like paint bubbling up from condensation in the bathroom and some of the fixtures had rust stains.

Pros:

Pros:

Śniadania rewelacyjne. Przepyszna kawa. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Pokój mały i ciasny wręcz klaustrofobiczny. Pokój jest tak usytuowany, że cały czas słychać głośne hałasy z restauracji hotelowej. Walenie talerzami do drugiej w nocy.

Perfect stopover to see Siracusa

TERRIBLE!
Cons:

One of the worst hotels in Siracusa/Ortigia. The room was warm. The temperature was at 16. By that logic, the room should have been cold. But it wasn't. My room was on the first floor, and my friend's was on the second floor. Her room was quite cold and lived up to the temperature control. Mine wasn't, and despite complaining 3 or 4 times, the staff was steadfast in blaming it on the fact that it was hot outside and that the room was facing in a way that the temperature was alright. I had to borrow a fan from the reception. I stayed for 3 nights and it was miserable. MARIO, the supervisor, would not listen to or take feedback and became quite combative. He was unwilling to listen to the fact that my room had not cooled down as much as it should have, compared to my friend's room on the 2nd floor. Neither was he willing to give me his manager's name with an email or phone to report to. He gave me a discount for a late check-out, which was inconsequential.

Top hotel experience in Siracusa.
Pros:

Property is well located for access to Ortega and walking distance to bus and train stations. Many restaurant options nearby.
Front desk staff were chatty and very helpful. The man who runs the breakfast does a particularly good job. He is very professional and always happy to make an extra coffees and fill up our water bottles. High-quality breakfast with lots of variation which changed each day.
In room facilities were good. Room serviced twice a day.

Cons:

Temperatures are very high at the moment, air-conditioning fairly good.

Fabulous boutique hotel in great location.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a terrific location in Siracusa. It’s a short walk to Ortigia (Umberto bridge) and to the bus and train station. Kudos to Melania and Valentina who provided excellent and professional service and made our stay extra delightful. The breakfast is terrific with a large selection of everything and the best Sicilian pastries. Daniel also provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were glad to find free parking right outside the hotel which is also located right across the street from a park.
