La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole con viste mozzafiato e un bellissimo giardino. La Valle dei Templi è raggiungibile in breve tempo in auto. La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta, con camere nuove e fresche (tutto è perfetto), letti comodi e lenzuola profumate. La proprietaria, Stefania, è una persona molto gentile e cordiale che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo eccezionale, assicurandosi che abbiano tutto il necessario e che trascorrano un piacevole soggiorno. Что действительно удивило, так это завтрак. Очень качественный, разнообразный и действительно вкусно. Персонал на завтраке очень внимательный и заботливый.
В 10 минутах ходьбы парковка открытая, чистая, нам она показалась безопасной, персонал подтвердил. Заранее запросите у отеля и они дадут вам точные адреса 2 ближайших парковок.
Грязный лобио, туалет на 1 этаже, паутина в углах, грязь, стены затертые, это от 5* неожиданно.
Сам номер был чистый, но внимательно смотрите куда выходят окна, если вам это важно. Есть номера, которые выходят в колодец и в номере днем, как ночью, только со светом можно находиться.
Терраса на крыше с красивым видом на парк. В сезон работает джакузи и бар, но в сезон.
До достопримечательностей минут 20-25 не меньше.

A super stay and situated in a lovely part of Sicily.
Pros:

Good location. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and good bathroom with walk in shower.

Cons:

Would have preferred egg dishes to be included in the breakfast price as I don’t tend to eat cakes etc for breakfast (although they looked delicious and the presentation was superb)
My stay was at the end of the low season so the rooftop bar was not open; it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to have a drink before heading out for dinner or a nightcap before bed.

A equipe de recepção foi muito atenciosa, o quarto e a localização foram muito bons.

Não gostamos da chefe de cozinha, que não fez nenhuma questão de ser simpática. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e em boa parte do mesmo éramos a única mesa. A comida estava excelente, mas uma solicitação nossa só foi atendida devido à insistência e, mesmo assim com má vontade, o que voltou a ocorrer no café da manhã do dia seguinte. Na nossa avaliação, caso ela não concordasse com a nossa solicitação, poderia vir a mesa e esclarecer a questão, o que seria bem mais delicado.

C’est un hôtel plutôt bien placé et certainement de bonne qualité si les critères d étoiles étaient respectés

Cons:

Le bruit absolument insupportable dans la chambre. Vous dormez avec le bruit constant des voitures qui passent. Sans compter les travaux de l hôtel durant la journée. Et dommage lorsque nous en parlons à l établissement qui il a agisse en fait de notre responsabilité que de soumettre à l avance nos besoins de calme pour une chambre. C’est clairement une manière peu élégante que de reporter la faute sur le client
