Mala experiencia, no cumplió mis expectativas

En primer lugar me cobraron mas de lo que había reservado, además el baño estaba sucio llenos de pelos la ducha y las almohadas olían mal, las cobijas no me calentaban. aunque puse el aire a 23°.

El personal es amable y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. El restaurante es bueno y las habitaciones son cómodas

Cons:

Desafortunadamente, cuando llegué el hotel no tenía agua debido a un apagón en las instalaciones, y el problema se presentó por alrededor de dos horas. Así mismo, cuando llegué, mi habitación no contaba con toallas ni papel de baño. La atención al arreglar y disponer las habitaciones debe ser prioritaria.
