Pros:

Location was perfect, staff were friendly. They were happy to store luggage which was fantastic.

Cons:

Check in was a bit awkward as no ones details could even be taken before 2 o clock so by then there was a queue of people waiting and took an hour for the queue to move. Was worth it for the location though.

Sijainti on hyvä. Toimiva hissi. Henkilökunta avuliasta. Antoi jättää tavarat odottamaan lähtöä ja varasi ystävällisesti taxin.

Cons:

Seinät ohuita, ei juurikaan äänieristystä. Läheisen baarin melu kuului läpi kuten myös seinänaapurin koko yön kestänyt melu. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Epäsiistiä.

Prime location in Old Town but could be so much more.
Pros:

Prime location here is it’s best quality.
The staff I encountered were polite and helpful.
My room 21, nicely decorated, probably recently refurbished. Generally quiet despite being next to the lift. Plenty of hot water and a fridge.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the bed linen was old and tired. No hospitality tray a kettle was loaned from reception. Room. Cleanliness is questionable.
