Cons:

Hice una reserva y fui clara en preguntar si las instalaciones estaban bien despues del terremoto y nos dijeron que si, pero faltando un día para la llegada y después de tener el viaje listo, nos escribieron que no había servicio de piscina, ni jacuzzi, ni de bar ni de nada por el terremoto!!!!! ya cuando estábamos a punto de viajar !!! es decir eso es mala intención y por lo tanto no son confiables

Muy buen hotel calidad/precio para disfrutar del eje cafetero
Pros:

Las zonas comunes muy buenas, sobre todo el jacuzzi climatizado exterior. Con familia es el alojamiento perfecto.
El personal muy agradable (Andrés entre otros) y muy pendientes.

Cons:

La limpieza podría mejorar.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, perfectas para familias. Los pajaros en la mañana y en la tarde fueron un plus que no esperabamos, pero disfrutamos muchisimo poder verlos y escucharlos. Tienen un mini sendero ecológico en el que se ven muchas aves. La ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones eran bastante comodas y con todo lo que uno necesita. El personal muy amable, el desayuno incluido estaba bien.

Cons:

La comida a la carta nos decepcionó. A pesar de tener un menú bastante extenso, los platos no estaban ricos. Sugeriría reducir la cantidad de platos que ofrecen, y enfocarse en hacer unos cuantos mejor. Le falta experiencia a los meseros que nos atendieron en las noches.
