樓中樓的設計寬廣舒適
房間內有大張書桌，需要使用桌面時，很方便，3樓餐廳挑高設計氛圍舒適，整體住宿感覺非常滿意

早餐簡單方便，服務人員補充速度也很快，如果可以更清楚標示素別會更好。棉被、枕頭舒適，浴室的防水簾忘記放置，聯繫後立刻協助掛上，服務良好。
Pros:

就在高雄車站旁邊，交通方便。樓中樓設計小孩喜歡。樓中樓的空調和電視都是獨立的，很棒。

舒適的休息空間
Pros:

離火車站近
房間比想像中大，環境整潔
有很好的活動空間
尤其乾濕分離浴室加浴缸
甚至有兩個蓮蓬頭配上上山採藥
床鋪舒適/床頭都有插座
六樓外面的視野不賴
可以看到新火車站的綠地
自助早餐雖然簡單但環境像是青年旅社的公共空間氛圍設計挺愜意的
有蔥油餅、包子、肉燥飯、粥、吐司牛奶麥片，個人覺得蠻好吃的

Cons:

有些地方看的出來有些時日
但還是維護的相當不錯
有MOD但不是智慧型電視
自助checkin和退房不夠快
離比較多食物的街區要走一下下

Overall love the experience and will stay again next year!
Pros:

All the staffs are very nice and friendly. They are fast responding and helpful. The property is closed to train station, MRT and bus station. It’s very convenient.

Cons:

Everyone is very nice until the last 2 days. There is a lady who looks like a manager is slightly different than other. More questions about number of people coming for the breakfast and less friendly.
