I booked this for my husbands 60th. I booked the Ascot Suite as there were 3 of us. From start to finish it was amazing. The lady on the desk Friday when we arrived was so friendly, she explained everything from how to work the complementary coffee machine to where we needed to go once we left the accommodation. Nothing was a problem for her. The room was fantastic, views over the racecourse, the extra bed was made up for our son, all the facilities we needed were in the room.
Coffee machine was complementary 24 hours and fresh warm croissants available 8am until 10am also complementary.
We were told it was limited parking so booked else where, but on arrival we found plenty of parking spaces. You have 30 minutes before being charged, plenty of time to unload or pack up.
Very close to center, a 5 minute walk if that.

I work overseas and needed a place to return to the UK, AND work nights. Roomzzz Chester has the full kitchenette, dishwasher, high speed WiFi (x00 Mbps), a proper desk, and a TV you can double as an HD monitor if it's a room with the TV on the desk. Hot shower, free coffee machine, 24/7 reception, and free washing machines + tumble dryer. I could not fault it, and a particular call out and thanks to Andrea who made it feel like home for 3 weeks, as well as all the staff met during day and night shifts.

The room was ready when we checked in a little early. All the staff we encountered were really friendly. The apartment was really spacious, modern, warm and with everything you could need in the kitchen. The shower was spacious and really hot. We had a lovely view over the racecourse. There were free hot drinks in reception 24 hours and croissants for breakfast. Great stay at a good price.

Great location. We were only there for 1 night, but there are kitchen facilities if you want. Complimentary hot drinks in reception, and croissants in the morning. Toiletries in the room, tea and coffee, and washing up liquid etc. Will stay again.
There are road closures at the moment. We wasted about 20 minutes trying to get to the hotel. Sat nav was guiding us down the closed roads. Maybe, give guests an idea of the best roads to take, we got there by fluke in the end.
