Very friendly, welcoming staff...
Complimentary tea/coffee & cold filtered water available 24hrs @ reception & croissants in the morning... nice touch!
Great location with a room overlooking the race course.
All areas kept spotlessly clean.
Room great... clean, tidy, lovely comfy bed with crisp white bedding & bathroom with lovely white fluffy towels.
Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again!!

Good but not quite ‘executive’
Pros:

View from the terrace amazing over the racecourse. Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good high-flow shower. Excellent location - Chester centre minutes walk away. Right on the city walls.

Cons:

Decor was a bit tired. Furniture a bit sparse, colourless and functional. Kitchenette very thinly equipped. No bread knife and none available from reception. Bathroom door doesn’t fully fully close or lock. Lots of chipped paintwork and veneers damaged.
Nothing major, but not quite ‘executive suite’ standard.

Excellent hotel in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend
Pros:

Fabulous room, kitchen facilities and balcony was a bonus. Also 24hr coffee machine in reception and croissant for breakfast. Andrea & Callum were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again 😊

A wonderful trip to Chester
Pros:

Coffee and Tea anytime (Lobby). Location (Room with beautiful view). Walkable. Close to many restaurants. Nice staff. Room was comfortable and clean. I will stay at Roomzzz Chester City the next time I visit Chester.

Pros:

The location of the hotel. The cooking facilities in the room. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The car parking at the hotel was expensive. We parked in the public car parks close to the hotel this was OK but we were worried about the security for the car.

Our apartment was perfect. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room had everything we needed. The location was excellent, right in the city centre. Also liked the fact that you could get coffees from the coffee machine whenever you liked along with croissants in the morning.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect.

Nice place but was not clean, and for the price we paid, you expect to have at least a clean room

It was unclean, old pistachio nut shells all over the floor behind a chair in the room, dust everywhere and there was contents in the fridge left from the previous guests.

Amazing, so close center
Pros:

I booked this for my husbands 60th. I booked the Ascot Suite as there were 3 of us. From start to finish it was amazing. The lady on the desk Friday when we arrived was so friendly, she explained everything from how to work the complementary coffee machine to where we needed to go once we left the accommodation. Nothing was a problem for her. The room was fantastic, views over the racecourse, the extra bed was made up for our son, all the facilities we needed were in the room.
Coffee machine was complementary 24 hours and fresh warm croissants available 8am until 10am also complementary.
We were told it was limited parking so booked else where, but on arrival we found plenty of parking spaces. You have 30 minutes before being charged, plenty of time to unload or pack up.
Very close to center, a 5 minute walk if that.
Absolutely recommend.
