Good overall
Pros:

Nice hotel with its own parking area.

Cons:

There are tram 🚊 tracks right beside hotel and trams ride 24/7 even on Sunday when we stayed over night. Might be disturbing for sleeping due to a noise from trams.

Everything was wonderful.
Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and featured a comfortable mattress; after being on the road, we were able to get some excellent rest. The room was well worth the price—and a wonderful breakfast was an added bonus.

Cons:

Water is leaking out of the shower, but these are minor details compared to other advantages..
