A comfortable hotel close to several upscale restaurants
Pros:

excellent location, a nice couple of fine dining restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very attentive & accomodating.

Brilliantly convenient, excellent gym facility, extremely friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was brilliant, it was central and very appropriate for traveling to my meetings. The staff was extremely friendly, Maureen (the manager) is such a gem. The gym facility was one of the best I have seen in hotels.

Our stay was good. Location and proximity to shops is very good. The area is safe

The breakfast is really good. Served at the right times. Fruits, juice, water, tea/coffee, bread, toaster, eggs, yoghurt, sausages and chips. Fantastic

Cons:

The surroundings need extra attention. The flowers require attention. Th treess need to be pruned frequently. The grass need to be cut frequently. The general looks of the entire outside must have a very close attention

Disappointment
Cons:

It was truly disappointing. I chose a more expensive hotel because of the breakfast and the pool. But the pool was so dirty I didn't dare swim in it. And breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was one meal with no choice. I paid for two nights and decided to leave after the first night, but the hotel staff refused to refund the second night.

Pleasant, comfortable stay in a spacious room with good access to nearby restaurants
Pros:

Large rooms, a bit dated in decor, but comfortable beds and nice to have a balcony. Good breakfast and meeting facilities. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The hotel is rather empty and could benefit from some refreshing of decor. Also important to be more ecologically responsible - no need to change bedsheets and towels every day!
