Disappointment
Cons:

It was truly disappointing. I chose a more expensive hotel because of the breakfast and the pool. But the pool was so dirty I didn't dare swim in it. And breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was one meal with no choice. I paid for two nights and decided to leave after the first night, but the hotel staff refused to refund the second night.

Pleasant, comfortable stay in a spacious room with good access to nearby restaurants
Pros:

Large rooms, a bit dated in decor, but comfortable beds and nice to have a balcony. Good breakfast and meeting facilities. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The hotel is rather empty and could benefit from some refreshing of decor. Also important to be more ecologically responsible - no need to change bedsheets and towels every day!

I stayed one night at Prestige Suite Hotel and, despite a small misunderstanding with the price on arrival, the receptionist handled everything very professionally. Since it was around 3:00 AM, he allowed me to check in and assured me the manager would assist in the morning.

When the manager arrived, she was very understanding, and based on my budget, the hotel team kindly arranged a transfer to their partner hotel that matched my price range. I truly appreciate the excellent customer care, professionalism, and warm welcome from the staff at Prestige Suite Hotel.

I will definitely come back to stay again.

Absolutely lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel is wonderfully located within easy walking distance to everything. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Getting around is effortless, as everything is just a short walk away. I especially appreciated the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help.

Pros:

The staff here are so friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very quiet and very spacious, aircon was very cold, bed was comfortable and all the facilities you need.
Location was very convenient for me with a great cafe/restaurant across the road.

Cons:

A little bit dated but did me just fine.
