Pros:

Hotel muito bonito. Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo. Piscininha agradável. Spa e restaurante dentro do hotel muito bons. Banheira ok. Café da manhã saboroso.

Cons:

O cheiro dentro do quarto. Parecia que não era aberto ha algum tempo, um pouco de mofo nas paredes. Fora isso, tudo certo. Foi uma boa hospedagem.

Pros:

Quarto limpo e bonito. Tudo parece novo e bem cuidado. As moças da limpeza e o pessoal da recepção são uns amores. O hotel é instagramável e próximo a tudo, muito bem localizado.

Cons:

Nosso edredom tinha uma mancha marrom. As portas são pesadas e barulhentas, com maçaneta dura e difícil de girar. O design do quarto precisa melhorar, tipo o posicionamento da mesa, que também é difícil de comer, se for pedir comida saiba que apenas uma pessoa vai sentar mais ou menos confortável em uma poltrona e a outra que se vire, não é recomendado comer dentro do quarto. A porta do banheiro bloqueava a pia, ou seja, problema de design também. Os funcionários me foram gentis mas alguns tem uma péssima mania de encarar, pediria pra tomar cuidado, viram até o pescoço quando você passa, especialmente se o hotel tiver baixa movimentação, isso é esquisitíssimo. Houve divergência na cobrança pelo consumo ou não teve muita transparência, consumimos 5 águas e dois refrigerantes em lata, mas a cobrança deu 7 águas e uma lata, eu corrigi e não sei o que ele fez ou se cobrou correto, ele mexeu no computador e depois deu o valor sem mostrar nada. Não geral foi bom, mas tem esses pontos.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of typical food. Not a wide selection for the price of the paid room. Hotel does not connect guest with tours. That is a missed opportunity.

Hotel mais aconchegante da cidade, definitivamente vale a pena conhecer.
Pros:

O quarto é muito limpo, com cama confortável e banheiro aconchegante, com boa ducha e água quente. A área da piscina e sauna é bem tranquila, ideal para passar a tarde relaxando. O staff é muito atencioso e ágil no atendimento.

Cons:

No quarto em que fiquei, o ar-condicionado apresentou alguns problemas durante a noite: fez bastante barulho e chegou a parar de gelar, mas depois voltou a funcionar.
A área da piscina é ótima, porém, à noite, podem aparecer sapos dentro dela.

Por ser a minha primeira vez em Belem, fiquei decepcionada.
Pros:

O hotel é bonito, por ser um imóvel histórico. O atendimento é simpático.

Cons:

Localização do hotel ruim. O quarto ficava muito distante da recepção. Houve uma festa na rua e não consegui dormir, pelo barulho. Achei a acomodação estreita, televisão não funcionou. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Fui incomodada pelo pessoal da limpeza as 9h para fazer serviço de quarto.

Pros:

Minha família ficou extremamente satisfeita em se hospedar neste hotel. Tudo foi perfeito, a recepção, o atendimento, a limpeza, os quartos, a localização e o restaurante Casa de Saulo. O café da manhã e o almoço foram maravilhosos, tudo delicioso e de qualidade. Foi um dos pontos fortes da viagem para Belém do Pará, pois o hotel é lindo (casarão histórico reconstruído) e super aconchegante, com piscina, spa e até uma pequena capela. Voltaríamos com certeza.

L'hôtel présente un ensemble combinant le charme d'une bâtisse réformée et d'aménagement contemporain très bien exécuté. Le charme authentique des lieux et respecté tout en présentant la sophistication et le degré d'équipement d'un espace moderne et contemporain. L décoration est très réussie. L'ambiance est à la fois feutrée et agréable. Domine la sensation d'ensemble et d'un luxe discret et fonctionnel.

Cons:

Les points faibles selon moi sont le prix. Lla Coop 30 est clairement passée par là. Ensuite la piscine principale est bien trop petite pour la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel et l'impression générale est un espace de loisirs sous-dimensionné par rapport à la proposition d'ensemble d'un hôtel de charme et par rapport au nombre de chambres. Les chambres avec vue sur la piscine sont très agréables et bien décorées. En revanche, les baies vitrées installées offrent peu d'intimité aux hôtes qui voudraient profiter de la vue.
