Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations with the kind staff, the breakfast buffet, and the daily cleaning of the room.
The rooms were also spacious, and we had a huge balcony, which was the cherry on top of the cake for our stay. In addition, I asked for a few extras in the room, as it was my partner's birthday, and they were very receptive to accommodating my requests. We will definitely book again.

Good stay overall, but with some room-related drawbacks.
Pros:

Good location, not far from Kazimierz. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good and varied breakfasts. The room was very clean. Comfortable mattresses.

Cons:

The room was located between two corridors on a stair landing and had only a roof window (no standard window or view), which may not suit everyone. It felt like staying in a high-traffic area.

The beds were separate with a gap between them, which may be uncomfortable for couples.
Due to the room location, there was noise from other guests and doors.

There were no glasses for water in the room, only two cups for tea.

Ciekawy obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel, prawie w centrum - jakieś 10 minut spacerem od Rynku. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Otrzymałem pokój w lepszym standardzie niż opłaciłem. Sam pokój duży, przestronny, łazienka bardzo ładna. Jedyny mały minus - niestety od ulicy nieustannie dobiega hałas tramwajów, ale taki urok dużego miasta. Śniadanie smaczne. Parking jest dostępny obok, ale nie jest to parking hotelowy. Koszt - 69 zł za dobę - dość wysoki niestety.

Cons:

Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Good for family’s and the deaf…
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was more than adequate for are stay.

Cons:

Very noisy kids running up and down the corridor early morning, had the gentle rumblings of the trams to wake us up. Generally the sound control was poor but otherwise a good stay
