Excellent hotel in Kraków! Spacious, stylish, and exceptionally clean apartments with a modern design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the quiet atmosphere, and the high level of service.

The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions, while public transport, restaurants, and shops are all nearby.

A special mention goes to the delicious breakfast, the relaxing SPA area, and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Lwowska 1 offers a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and value for money.

I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Lwowska 1 to anyone planning a visit to Kraków. Five stars!

Eigentlich alles bis auf die Organisation beim Frühsttücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum ist an der Decke so ungeschickt platziert und so stark eingestellt, dass immer eine komplette Tischreihe leer geblieben ist, weil es sehr unangenehm war dort zu sitzen. Das Nachlegen beim Buffet war schlecht organisiert. Es wurden Sachen nachgelegt, die noch ausreichend da waren und fehlende Sachen wurden einfach nicht bemerkt.

Deja, viešnagė nepateisino lūkesčių. Rezervacijoje buvo aiškiai nurodyta, kad atvykstame du suaugusieji su dviem vaikais, todėl tikėjomės, kad bus atsižvelgta į šeimos poreikius ir suteiktas kambarys ne iš centrinės gatvės pusės. Deja, kambarys buvo labai triukšmingoje vietoje, kas kelias minutes pro šalį važiuojantys tramvajai ir nuolatinis gatvės triukšmas labai trukdė poilsiui. Vienas iš vaikų sunkiai užmigo, todėl visi prastai išsimiegojome.
Labai nuvylė personalo neatidumas ir dėmesio stoka svečių poreikiams. Taip pat matyti, kad kambariams jau reikėtų remonto, o švarai būtų galima skirti daugiau dėmesio.
Deja, dėl šių priežasčių viešnagė paliko ne patį geriausią įspūdį, todėl šios vietos rekomenduoti negalėtume.

Jedyny minus to brak ścierki lub ręczniczka papierowego w aneksie kuchennym.
W razie rozlania czegoś lub chęci umycia po sobie naczyń trzeba wytrzeć ręcznikiem 😅

Excellent hotel, facilities as described. Very clean. Breakfast well worth paying the extra for (we did this at the time of booking) The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Reasonable priced ‘mini bar’ in room although only had 1 beer, didn’t feel ripped off. Would recommend. Yes it is a walk to old town, we knew this beforehand and enjoy the way. The nearest train station was 5 mins away and direct trains run to Auschwitz and the Saltmine so really handy.
