A valid photo ID and a credit or Visa debit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID and the card must match the guest's name on the booking information.

Love how it kept some of the history sentimental things of the property, since it use to be a railway station and how close it is to the Spark Arena - the room was cosy loved the bed was comfortable and modern bathroom and how I could sync my apps eg: Netflix YouTube and Spotify to the tv - I was never bored - loved how it had a mini fridge freezer - I would definitely book here again
Didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows due to my height but did get one of the cleaning staff to open my bedroom one I couldn’t open the bathroom one it felt stuck when trying to pull the string I was not shown how to open it when I arrived when I was shown to my room - cleaning staff may need to brush up on English - I’m not trying to be nasty she was lovely the female cleaning staff but she barely knew any English as I tried to ask her so had to use use one English word at a time to make her understand what I was wanting
It's an easy walk to downtown or to the university.
The noise from renovation work was extreme for an hour or so.

Water temp in shower exceedingly hot. Might need to reduce the temperature.
The dishwashing soap did not soap to clean the dishes and the dispenser in the shower did not work. Just an observation not a criticism

The room is spacious with ever thing you need for living. The bathroom is modern with a great shower and the beds are pretty Comfey
In the evening in particular there is the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. It can be quite strong at times even with the fan on
Good value for money, spacious room and comfortable bed.
A little out of the CBD. Lots of banging in the room next door to me at 1130pm on the 2nd and 3rd last night of my stay
The bed was comfortable and appeared clean
It has a heat pump and electric blankets which was a welcome touch
The staff at front desk were helpful
So so close to Spark Arena gutted the concert was cancelled

We got locked out of the bathroom and had to get the staff member to unlock it somehow
The tv only had Freeview
It mentioned a minibar but the fridge was empty
The lamps were dirty and had seen better days
The paint in the room was rough
The inner courtyard view we had to block with the curtains as it was really sad
The room was quite far away from lobby had to walk through a huge communal space that had a heavy curry smell and past a room that smelt and had the door open
The place had a strange unsafe feel to it
Had prepaid room and still had to pay another fee just incase of damage but the room was fairly low budget and run down anyway
