A valid photo ID and a credit or Visa debit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID and the card must match the guest's name on the booking information.

Close to town, had everything we needed.
Was a Little outdated but great for what you pay!
The apartment was in a convenient location was clean and adequate
The room was a bit rough and untidy in places. There was rubbish outside the window and overall could do with a refurbish especially in the bathroom
Right next door to the Spark Arena (we were going to a concert there)
The hallway where the room was located was very noisy with slamming doors early in the morning

Room was clean, spacious and warm. Good WiFi connection. Able to open windows for fresh air. Nights are quiet.
My bed needs an update. It was comfortable enough but would have been awful to sleep in as a couple (severe dip in centre).
Did not realise that trains would go past right outside every 5min. Might want to use earplugs if light sleeper.
Comfortable bed with bathroom. Tiled floor going through to the bathroom with a slight elevation between the tiled room and the bathroom but a "watch your step" warning has been put in place which is good for safety so no trip hazard. Good location not too far from the main areas in the CBD. Fairly quiet area overall compared to staying closer to a noisier Queen Street. Stayed here before and would again.
The room/bathroom needs a bit of love due to wear and tear. Behind the shower between the shower and the wall was a big gap which definitely needed a clean/wipe. Skirting boards also need updating in the room/s as were pretty rough

Everything was spotless. The bedding, carpets, towels, bathroom sinks, shower, and toilets were all immaculate. Your cleaners did an outstanding job. The location and parking near Spark Arena were perfect. I’ll definitely be back when there are more concerts I want to attend.
The pillows are okay, but the mattress is just average. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. The late check-out time of 12 PM is too short.
It was quite a spacious room, with a comfortable bed and the basic kitchen supplies. The bathroom was also nice, small but decent and the water pressure from the shower is amazing. I didn’t realise but they also have little body wash and face wash bottles for the guests which comes in handy if you don’t bring any yourself. The hotel is also a few steps from the nearby Spark Arena venue which was amazing to discover, we were expecting to walk a lot further than we did but it’s only a few steps away!
My only concern I’d say was that our room was a little of a longer walk from the lobby, and us being two paranoid girls at night, it was kinda scary getting to the room late at night. However nothing happened, which is good. It was also a little noisy because of the nearby trains starting up in the morning, but not too much of a problem.

Was heavily stained carpets room and found a cockroach jump out from bed side table right as was packing to leave
I loved the free room upgrade from double to king studio. The staff was nice on check in. Fast and easy check in. The room size was amazing. The bathroom
Bed was clean. Everything was spot on! Location was spot on. Pillows so comfy. So spacious. Absolutely amazing! Would stay here again. Its worth every cent. It's affordable but luxury above and beyond what I paid.
