Подойдет для тех, кто может спать при любом шуме
Pros:

Отель — перепланированная коммуналка. При заезде на полу в комнате волосы, на полу в санузле высохшие разводы. Звукоизоляции почти нет, слышно все из коридора и соседних номеров. Под окном (а это 1 этаж) паркуются машины жильцов соседних квартир, при открытом окне поздно вечером и рано утром постоянно слышно хлопанье дверей, работающие двигатели и громкие разговоры. Если окно закрыть, очень душно. Из 4 ночей в отеле нормально из-за шума не спала ни одной. Персонал доброжелательный.

Нормальное место
Pros:

Вцелом всё хорошо, но... сломаный держатель для душа и отвратительный матрац (спина чувствовала все пружины).
В остальном отличное место за те деньги, которые были заплачены.
Шумоизоляция слабая, но это не помешало отдыху.
Есть кухня, в номере есть холодильник, ТВ и сейф.
Район очень удобный - тихая улица в 10 минутах от метро.
