지불한 가격만큼 서비스 제공됩니다. 직원 영어 활용 능통합니다. 아침식사는 가성비로는 최고로 생각합니다. 다만, 화장실은 좁고 뭔지 모르는 불편함이 있습니다. 그래도 이불은 깨끗하고 벼게도 청결합니다.

I understand that the property uses an automated check-in system, but when I arrived at the hotel there was nobody except me for check-in. I would have appreciated that the staff at the front desk, doing nothing in particular, instead of asking me to use the check-in machine, would have helped me for check-in and done it at the counter as it used to be done. I find very unfortunate to have to use such machine, which is only convenient for the hotel but not for the customer as it is time-demanding to register all personal information. Having people dealing with customers for such service is more human and more friendly. We are not robots.

昨今各地のホテルが大きく値上がりしている中で、立地と施設、朝食付きと言う点も含め割安（次の機会もまたここにしよう）と思える内容でした。その為の合理化もかなり努力されている様子が伺えました。敢えて言うとすると朝食会場がロビーをそのまま使う形になっており、なんらかの形でフロントやロビーとの仕切りがされると尚良いかな、と言うところです。お世話になりました。

여행 많이 다니는데 가격대비 최상이라고 생각합니다.
우선 방도 침대도 욕조도 넓어요.
제가 2주전에 오사카에서 가격은 2배에 방은 0.7~0.8배만한 곳에서 자다와서 그런지 너무 만족스러워요.

위치도 너무너무 좋아요
고쿠라역에서 5분? 안걸리는거 같고
다 걸어다닐만해요
바로 옆에 세븐일레븐 있어서 돈 뽑으려고 편의점 안찾으러 다녀도 돼서 너무 좋았고 직원분들도 너무 친절해요!

アルファードの車で行ったら駐車場入らなくて近くのパーキング案内されました。提携で安くなる駐車場とかあれば最高だなと思いました。朝食がなんか残念でした。普通に卵焼きとベーコンとかあればよかったなぁ。駅近ですぐセブンあるし便利は凄くいいです！

スタッフの方は笑顔で丁寧に接客されて良いと思います。
部屋の冷蔵庫の中に髪の毛があったり、浴室にも床に髪の毛が落ちていたり、トイレの足元が濡れていたのは気になりました。
